Escape to this charming private guest house tucked inside a quiet, gated community in Henderson, NV. Thoughtfully furnished and completely self-contained, this cozy studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay — queen bed, wardrobe, dresser, nightstand, microwave, mini fridge, and high-speed WiFi. A private ensuite full bath means the space is entirely yours.
Located just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 15 minutes from McCarran Airport, you get the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat away from the noise with easy access to everything Las Vegas has to offer. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and convenient, with shops and services nearby.
Check-in is at 3 PM and checkout at 11 AM. Early check-in and late checkout can be arranged in advance. Street parking is available at no charge. Please note this is a self-contained studio with no kitchen or laundry facilities, and no access to the main dwelling. A camera monitors the exterior of the property only.
Minimum age to book is 21. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no events.

Perfect spot for one or two people!

Loved staying here! Easy access to absolutely everything in Henderson and Las Vegas. Very private and secure location. Highly recommend to anyone!

Good place to stay. Nice small place good for one or two people. Quiet and Safe. All the comforts of home. I liked that it is detached from main house with separate entrance. I would mention, you park on the street in front of the house. There is a short but steep driveway to walk up. People with mobility issues might have difficulty.

Great location, great little place.

I have owned or managed vacation rentals since 2002 so I appreciated the fact that everything was as advertised. If you're ok with "really small"; you'll like this place, and owner is easy to work with.

small but cute

Second stay at this property -- very small but fine for one person. I'm in town for business and don't need anything fancy -- just clean and safe. I'll stay again.

It is small, but lots of nice thoughtful little touches.

Very quiet and private. Comfortable bed and linens. Appreciated the water and snacks in the fridge. Lots of small little things made the stay much nicer -- paper plates and cups, iron, things to fix quick instant coffee as I rushed out in the mornings. It was small but quite nice and exactly what I needed. I will stay again.

Perfect little place close to freeway access, gas stations, stores and a quick trip to get to the strip. Had everything we needed and was a very comfortable stay. Central AC was a plus! Looking forward to renting the unit again!!!

The property was great, everything was clean and better than we expected.

Our stay here was great. I loved the Paris theme to the rental it gave it a nice feeling to the Apartment. The neighborhood was great, since it was very clean and calm environment. Perfect for a vacation.

This room is very small but it's very nice. I booked this room because I was dealing poker tournaments in Las Vegas. This room is in a nice quiet location which was great after working in casinos for 10 or more hours. There were some issues with the WI-FI internet. I wasn't able to use it for the first couple weeks. Frank did replace the router which helped. It still would cut out due to poor DNS servers from the ISP. I would recommend changing DNS servers to OpenDNS or another similar service. I would consider staying here again in the future. I would like to point out that I have lived in Las Vegas before and I do Vegas like a local and not as a tourist. If you want the Las Vegas tourist experience you should consider strip hotels. A rental car would be a very good idea if you want to stay here. They also offered a basic laundry service which was only $10 and was well worth it. I was so busy working that I didn't have time to go to a laundromat. If you are only going to be here for a few days this might not be very important. I was here for 6 weeks. John

Small but adequate place

We had a wonderful stay at this small place. It was perfect for us because we have family nearby but could not stay with them because we ran out of room for the family weekend. That being said we only needed a quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Keep in mind that this place is only for that because it's VERY small but clean and quiet. The owner did not bother us and it was easy to get in and out of the gated community. I would for sure recommend others to stay here to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Served my needs; micro is a good description

This is exactly what I needed, the price was reasonable and the area was amazing. I only needed a nice place to sleep and this was perfect. You certainly can't entertain clients or host a gathering due to the small size, but if you're looking for a good bed and roof over your head and a beautiful and safe neighborhood, book it now. Was so busy I didn't have a chance to meet with the host, but met his wife upon arrival and she was very nice and helpful. Would stay again if my travel situation required it.
