Micro Apt! Separate Entrance! - 30 Day or Longer Stay

Minimum 30 day stay. Quiet, private guest apartment comfortably furnished in a secluded and upscale setting, in a gated community close to all Las Vegas has to offer, but with enough distance from large resorts, if that is what you wish. Credit info, government ID and selfie is required, matching with the person making a booking request, at the time a reservation is booked. A camera system is installed which monitors the exterior (not the inside) of the home.

Please, in advance of booking, know this is NOT a full service accommodation. If you think you may require extra help with normal daily tasks, or expect perfection, then you may wish obtain lodging priced according to your need(s).

**No smoking/no drugs on the property, period.**

Bi-monthly cleaning of the studio during your stay is mandatory and will incur a cleaning fee ($25) for doing so.

If you should choose to book a reservation, please do read over the location details that only become available after a reservation has been made. Doing so will answer important questions about our place.

The guest house is self-contained, that is, it is only being offered with sleeping quarters and en suite full bath. No access to the main dwelling is being offered. Please plan ahead for 3pm check-in and 11AM check-out.

When booking our guest house please keep in mind we live in a gated community so there is a gate code. The gate code, and other details, will be made available when a booking is confirmed. Please read over the location details on our page which only become available once a booking has been made. Doing so will answer questions about accessing our place. Please be aware we have a small dog who is always either in the house or the back yard. There has never been a pet in the guest house.

This is a great area, we love it here! It is clean, quiet, has great schools for the kids, lots of conveniences to make things a little smoother for day-to-day life. We like it, you probably will too.

We are always available by phone, email or, if home, to discuss any concerns, questions, problems, give advice on what Las Vegas has to offer, etc.

Transportation! Transportation is close by including McCarran Airport, freeway access, buses, taxis, etc. The airport is 20 minutes away, Strip is 25 minutes. For determining travel times and getting to and from, the major cross streets near our place would be Gibson Rd and I215 in Henderson, NV. 89012.

We have gone to some lengths to offer a comfortable and cozy place to stay. Furnishings include queen bed, wardrobe, table / chairs, night stand, dresser, microwave, and fridge. Ethernet, WIFI and Netflix/Amazon(no cable tv) are offered for use. Complimentary items have been made available for, you know, hospitality - right?

It will be pretty obvious that the neighborhood is really, really quiet so that should suffice as a guide for behavior. It should go without saying that drugs and smoking are not permitted but, you know, it has to be said, so there it is - no smoking / drugs. We know people come to Vegas to have fun, we do not want to squelch that, just keep it down past 10pm. No visitors other than those who are confirmed during booking of a reservation are welcome.

We totally respect others' privacy so if you wish not to interact with anyone during your stay that is fine. On the other hand, if you would like help with anything whatsoever, be it directions, help with local restos, things to do in Vegas, things to do away from Vegas, etc., please let us know we are more than glad to help!

The guest house we're offering does not include any access to the main dwelling. TV service consists of Netflix, Amazon, SlingTV but traditional cable TV is not available. There is no kitchen or laundry facility in the guest house, however there is a microwave, fridge and other basic items to prepare snacks, drinks and so forth. A complimentary supply of instant coffee, bottled water and so forth are being offered during your stay.

Since there is no laundry facility, we have scoped out facilities close by which are easily accessible by car. More information is provided about this along other close by conveniences, below.

Very near to us there are many very nice eateries and convenient shopping for pretty much anything you could imagine. Steak houses, Italian, Asian, Mexican, comfort food, you name it, you'll find it near us. Shopping galore exists near here that could keep anyone occupied forever. Did we mention proximity to McCarran Airport? It is located just 15 minutes from here. Distance to the Las Vegas Strip is 20 minutes by car.

Convenient on street parking just in front of the guest house is always available. This is a very quiet and calm neighborhood, it is very rare to have any noticeable type of occurrence. Please consider this when coming and going out of respect to our neighbors :) We are a family here and open to travelers with a little one, however providing separate sleeping accommodations for anyone apart from the existing bed would not be possible.
