Your own piece of countryside yet only minutes away from vibrant lytham. Large country kitchen with butchers block and dining room with refectory style table. Large lounge with a vaulted roof and stained glass windows and large flat screen TV. Six double bedrooms all ensuite with flat screen TV, treat your princess to our master bedroom with its oak four poster princess bed and jacuzzi bath en suite. All bedrooms are en suite.sleeps 12 in comfort .Ground floor bedrooms and ramp (by arrangement)to accommodate wheelchair users and easy access shower. Dogs accepted by arrangement only. .Ample parking. This property is in a lovely location, plenty of space for our “three generation” holiday. There’s so much to do here, the coveted swimming pool and games room, hot tub, extensive equipment for outdoor games and activities.Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, showing us around and recommending nearby places to visit.We loved our week together at Fletchers Hall.

We had a wonderful stay here - six adults and five children. So much to do with the pool, games room and outdoor space and equipment. The house itself it very well equipped with plenty of space to relax indoors and outdoors and the kitchen has everything you need to cater for a large group. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

We visited as a family of 10, aged 80-10years and the house catered for everyone. It was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor space and pool area was wonderful. The house had rooms for all, a great kitchen and living room for the family to gather. The location was good, private but only 10 mins from the beach. A wonderful chilled family weekend in a fabulous house, with great hosts who communicated well from the start. We would all love to go back.

We were a large party and found the property and it's surroundings very spacious both indoors and outdoors. A lovely greeting by our host Jennifer that included bubbles to drink, flowers and a great starter pack in the kitchen including eggs from the property chickens. The bedrooms will large with double or twin beds and all en suite. The pool and hot tub were brilliant and well used along with the tennis, rackets and balls provided. There was an indoor games room with table tennis and pool along with other activities and we took advantage of the archery offered, great fun but harder than you think. We also used the bikes to cycle locally. There are shops and supermarkets all near and easily accessible. The kitchen had all you need to cook and prepare meals, also a great ice maker in the fridge, though evenings we ate out with lots of choice locally. The property was lovely, private and in a quiet area where we as a large family had great fun whilst also having a relaxing time.

Pool is a highlight but loads of other activities within the property's extensive grounds to keep everyone occupied.

Yes we have 6 bedrooms and all are en suite with bathrooms This was a Christmas / new year booking with heated pool We are only open normally from April to October so the idea is to bring gowns and slip on shoes for the pool and hot tub area which is 4m from the house

Our five star pool area with brand new hot , dinning for 12 and soft seating area ,not to mention our amazing covered heated 5m x10m pool, which is unique to this part of the country, is a massive hit with all our guests and is well worth a visit

Excellent house close to Lytham and the sea

Very nice house, it is a lot better than the photos, large area outside, fields and tennis. Children loved the pool and the games room. Hot tub was great too.

A brilliant place for a special family celebration for 3 generations! We were met by the owner who gave us a tour of where everything is and it was very helpful.As it was a 70th birthday celebration she had put up banners and left fresh flowers and prosecco which was very welcome.We had amble space inside and out and each bedroom had en suites.The lounge had plenty of seating for 10 of us. So many options to sit together at mealtimes. The weather was so hot.We opted to eat outside in the evening and there were so many places to sit out during the day if you wanted to get some peace and quiet.It was very safe for the children too.As for activities there was so much. The large pool was so popular with all ages as was the games room.We were very close to shops and eating places yet it was very peaceful and private in the vast grounds.So much space for the kids to kick a ball or play tennis. It was very close to Lytham,Fairhaven Lake and St Annes for the beach,walks, shops and restaurants..Also close to Blackpool for entertainment. The kitchen had all we needed with a great range cooker and large american fridge. Highly recommend this lovely house and would definitely book again.

Outstanding Property in Stunning Location

A perfect house for a family get together. 6 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large dining areas, acres of grounds with tennis court, jacuzzi and covered, heated swimming pool + games room. 11 of us were there for a week and never ran out of things to do! A v quiet location, yet close to nearby activities for those who want to explore the area.

Well equipped and spacious accommodation, good location for north Lancashire coast and resorts

This is a superb family size property with excellent and comfortable facilities. Enough space for all to participate in group experiences but also plenty of room for a bit of individual solice. Ample parking for several vehicles and nearby shops and local takeaways on the high street, everything delivered as advertised

Fletchers Hall

We had a 3-generation family holiday (11 in total) at Fletchers Hall. Superb, quirky building with mixture of old and new. Weather wasn't great so we made good use of pool, hot tub and indoor sports. Large outdoor area was great for footgolf, tennis, cricket and rounders.

Excellent stay

Brilliant property with excellent amenities. The pool was great with the house itself having everything you could need. We had a mixed group and the grounds were great for all our age groups to run around in or play on. It was great to have tennis rackets etc supplied. Jennifer the host was friendly and super helpful

A lovely bank holiday weekend

We spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Fletcher's Hall. It was clean, the dogs enjoyed running around the fields, the kids enjoyed the games room, hot tub and swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fletcher's Hall is positioned in quiet surroundings with easy access to Lytham and Blackpool.

Fantastic Stay

Fletchers Hall is great property .The owners went out of their way the make a great stay with everything well organised. The hall itself is special, dripping with history while having everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is so much to do with the games room, swimming pool and jacuzzi all well used so the rain did not bother us and the TV was never used (nice change). The Location is great easily accessible with plenty to do in close proximity. Many thanks for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon.

Fantastic weekend with friends

Fletcher's hall was great for our weekend away. 11 of us had plenty of space to socialise together. The house had everything we needed and the pool was amazing, we were in it for hours every day even in October! Jennifer was super helpful and let us know what was on in the local area. The location is lovely and so close to the gorgeous st Anne's. Blackpool was only 20 mins away by car so a great place to use for visiting there too.

Amazing Place

We finally got to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and what an amazing place to do so. We all had a fantastic time. The pool & hot tub were well used & enjoyed by all. We didn't get to use the out door facilities as the weather wasn't so kind. Jennifer, Fletchers Hall is Amazing a massive Thank you from us all xx

So glad that after your 2 year wait because of covid that you and your family were able to all get together for your special celebration
