Complex is located in the peaceful San Eugenio area of Playa de Las Americas. The resort is minutes away from many restaurants and bars and within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to the Puerto Colon yacht marina and beach. Complex is opposite the world famous "Aqualand Water Park and Dolphinarium". The apartment has all the facilities to make your holiday feel like home. Very spacious bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Double bedroom with twin beds. A further separate full bathroom with bath. Sofabeds in livingroom. Kitchen fully equipped. Utility room with washing machine. Free private parking is available on site.

Spacious apartment.

This apartment was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. It did lack a microwave but wasn't a big deal. Both bathrooms were enormous and there were plenty of towels and bedding to last the whole week.

Great location and huge property

We had a lovely stay at this property which was in a great location just a 10 minute walk from the seafront and restaurants, there are plenty of supermarkets close by. The property is quite big, we had 4 adults staying and there was plenty of space. The only enhancements we would make are to have a microwave and strangely the TV does not work and you have to login to your own media account which we do not have and I like to keep up to date with the news. The apartment has a nice balcony. We would definitely come back and it is great value for money.

Fab apartment

We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay at Riina apartment and would definitely return. We were a family of 5 adults and it suited up perfectly can’t fault it at all. Excellent communication from the time of booking to arriving. The only thing we were dissapionted about was the pool wasn’t heated despite advertising it was so was way to cold to use and the pool bar has closed down but it’s only 10-15 minute walk to the beach down hill and if you don’t fancy the walk back up then it was only €3 for a taxi but we did the walk daily and didn’t find it a task at all will definitely recommend.

Great Apartment for family!

We booked this not knowing the area - but we knew we wanted to be away from the noise of the front. This was a lovely quiet area despite there being lots of neighbouring apartments. The apartment was just perfect for us as a family of four. Two excellent sized bedrooms and everything you need. Couldn’t get the TV working but no big deal. We walked down to the beach / restaurants (15/20 mins) and sometimes taxi back @4-5€. It was nice to get away from the busyness! Pool was lovely, well kept and never short of sun beds. Overseas supermarket and deli / other good supermarket right nearby. Thank you Riina for a lovely stay.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

Schöne, saubere und moderne Wohnung in einer etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Anlage. Alles da was man braucht. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Guter Check-Inn Vorgang. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem TV-Empfang und wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts kein Fernsehen schauen, uns hat es allerdings wenig gestört. Die Vermieterin war jedoch sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Nice big apartment in a great location. Great view from balcony.

Apartment had everything we needed, good kitchen and living area. We were met when we arrived and told that one of the toilets was not working correctly and would block up if paper was flushed, so avoided using it. This wasn’t a problem we just used the other toilet. The upright fan in one bedroom was broken and the other in the main bedroom was very noisy when switched on. Luckily it wasn’t too hot on a night so we didn’t bother using either, guests would struggle in the summer though. Good sized balcony with a fabulous view, lovely watching the sunset on a evening. Picasso’s pool bar on the complex is friendly and serves great food, breakfasts and snacks are reasonably priced. Gave Sunday lunch a try, something that we never do on holiday, was very good. Never had a problem getting a sun bed and the pool area was super clean. All in all a really good holiday and would definately stay there again but not in the height of summer.

The apartment is modern and clean well equipped the cooker has not been cleaned for some time a, microwave is not provided which is an essential piece of kit when self catering the owner believes radiation is transmitted to the operator! ! The loo in the 2nd bathroom is not to be used if any paper is flushed away there is a notice that 120€ is required if the loo is blocked the bowl is quite disgusting. The biggest problem is noise from the apartment below which is being renovated although the owner stated that there was an agreement that the work would be carried out between 1000-1700 this did not happen the builders turned up at all times and left when it suited. There is also a continuous smell of tobacco from below. Had we been informed of the above earlier we would have cancelled the booking.

Mycket fin och rymlig lägenhet

Mycket fin, hel, ren och trevlig lägenhet med havsutsikt. Kan inte annat än rekommendera denna lägenhet som har allt man kan behöva, nästan. Tänk på att den har solsken mot fönster i princip hela dagen vilket gör lägenheten väldigt varm. Den har eget välgfungerande bredband och två gigantiska badrum. Det man ska tänka på är att det är en bit att gå till de mer centrala delarna av Adeje och inte så mycket i närheten, det fungerar absolut men det kan vara bra att förbereda sig på en del taxi åkning. Man får väldigt bra hjälp vid eventuella frågetecken av värdinnan. Skulle lätt bo här igen.

Quality accommodation!

We recently stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. It is spacious, well equipped, with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The development is quiet, has a good pool - get there early for a sunbed in high season - has shops etc close by and taxi rank outside, taxis very cheap! We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Fabulous Apartment

Best apartment we have ever stayed in by far it was perfect like a home it had everything we needed and more. Riina the owner was easy to deal with and answered any questions I had promptly via email. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful Apartment

This is one of the best apartments I've stayed in. It has all been recently refurbished to the highest standard and quality. Absolutely everything in the property you need and the owner and her agent were both very helpful and quick at getting back to emails, etc. The bedrooms are both spacious with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Both with a decent sized flat panel TV. Both bathrooms are also spacious, one with a huge walk in shower the other with a jacuzzi, which was fantastic! The lounge was also spacious with one of the largest TVs I've seen in a rented apartment. The kitchen was lovely and modern with everything you could need. There also was a six seater dining room table. The large balcony was lovely with a pleasant view of the sea and the surrounding area was nice and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk will take you to a great choice of bars and restaurants. Can't rate this apartment highly enough, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful holiday

Really comfortable, new and clean apartement, has beautiful view to the ocean. In the apartement there was everything you need, starting from jacuzzi and washing machine to two TV-s, towles and kitchen equipment. Nearby is little supermarket and Aquapark. Also it's 15 min walk to beach, bus station and local shopping center.
