Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location with a very large garden with exotic plants and tree ferns. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. Jane was a perfect host and left us a cake and milk on our arrival. We have fallen in love with Helford and the local people are so friendly.

Peaceful holiday home in delightful setting

This is a marvellous well proportioned and presented rural home offering all that is needed for a holiday in this quiet and peaceful part of Cornwall.

We had a wonderful Christmas in Condurrow cottage, it was so full of character and had everything we could have needed. The garden is stunning even in winter and we found Jane the owner to respond quickly to messages and really helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to re visit:)

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

Condurrow Cottage is a hidden gem in the beautiful Helford estuary area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jane was incredibly helpful with any queries we had. Would love to stay in the cottage again!

Family holiday

A fantastic week in Jane’s beautiful warm and cosy cottage. Perfect location for scenic walks, trips out and relaxing in the garden. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous cottage

We loved staying here, the cottage is beautiful, well equipped and comfortable, we were a party of five and had plenty of space for us all. The garden was stunning, a real bonus, we ate as many meals outside as the weather would allow. We really enjoyed walking down to the little coves accessible from the coastal path as well as walks to the Ship Inn at Helford. Beautiful place to stay - I recommend very highly!

A great Cornish hideaway

We spent a lovely week here in this magical and very well equipped cottage.We felt very at home as did our .Golden Retriever who settled down very quickly and enjoyed the large garden We liked it so much we are returning in the Autumn.

Beautiful cottage & surroundings

Our second visit to this wonderful cottage, so spacious especially the lovely garden. Our dog practically lived outside. Perfect for visiting the surrounding area and the lovely village of Helford just a few minutes drive away.

It was nice

The cottage was really beautfiul with adorable decoration (especially the fresh flowers and the cake) also the garden was very nice and big, it felt like home.

Characterful cottage

Homely cottage; well-equipped and clean. Owner responded to issue with door lock. Beautiful garden and walks from the property. Close proximity to dairy farm with associated noise and odours only downside to stay and as aware the driving would be slow (due to narrow lanes)

Thank you for your review So sorry if the farm was unduly noisy, they do try to minimise this, we do mention it is near a working farm, So far we haven’t had any complaints this year, so I will enquire if there was something going on Jane

Nice location

Lovely cosy cottage but lack of outside lighting was a problem also as we had dogs an un fenced drop meant we could not let dogs have freedom of garden although we'll fenced. Still would recommend as very comfy

A getaway near the coast

Perfect for our needs, plenty of hot water and heating kept us all warm. Kitchen was well equipped. We don’t mind the aroma of cow manure but if you did its right across from a dairy farm. You also hear mooing of cows at certain times of the morning and afternoon. I loved hearing owls every night.

Beautiful cottage in gorgeous garden

What a lovely place to stay. The cottage is surprisingly roomy, is in an excellent location for exploring the Lizard peninsula, close to the South West coastal path and the sea, just round the corner from Helford. Jane replies rapidly to communication too. We had a wonderful, relaxed holiday here. One thing - which won’t be relevant to most people - is that the wi Fi is not up to videoconferencing . It’s fine for email and Google most of the time but don’t plan to work from here (and why would you….?!).

Lovely cottage - relatively remote and in a very charming part of Cornwall. Good access to the estuary and Helford itself. The roads to and from the B road are not too narrow and actually better than expected - narrow in a few places but with good visbility and plenty of passing points and so you soon get used to them. Infinitely better than we experienced in Dartmoor for example. Beautiful garden, very well kept and sun for much of the day in parts. The only downside for me was that being 6ft 4 it did make movement in some parts of the ground floor a little challenging because the ceiling / beams in the kitchen were quite low and I had to stoop if I wanted to help out with making lunch or dinner, washing up etc.

Beautiful and spacious character property

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location with a fantastic garden, a little out of the way but we knew that when we booked. Relatively easy to get to many of Cornwall’s gems as long as you don’t mind narrow, twisty country lanes. Very accommodating host.

Beautiful house in great setting

We really enjoyed a week away from the world. The house had all that we needed. The garden was stunning and we were very comfortable. The village shop in Helford was excellent. We would love to stay again.

Outstanding Period Cottage

Overall experience was marred by an infestation of flies and although as beautiful as the cottage is… a reduction in price should be made for this fly problem as it is usually a common problem in Autumn when you live next door to a farm. I write this because, I could not use the beautiful bathroom where the flies remained even after 3x a day clearance done by my wonderful partner . It’s a shame it spoilt our stay here so the owner needs to address this problem . I would still highly recommend Condurrow cottage as it is in a beautiful location and the cottage is looked after to a high spec - you want for nothing, everything is there including the best kepted garden I’ve ever stayed in .

Lovely Cottage

Beautiful tranquil cottage in the heart of the countryside. Perfect for a relaxing holiday and the garden is stunning. The cottage is extremely well equipped and very comfortable and spacious. We had a great time even though the weather was dismal for July!

Gorgeous cottage for a relaxing break

Excellent property for us all, seeking a quiet and restorative break with lots of fresh air and space around us. Cosy lounge and kitchen, a bath with fantastic views of the beautiful cottage garden outside! Lots of character indoors including wood-burners for cosy evenings. We all slept well and had plenty of fresh air on the local coastal path and coves.

Idyllic get away

This was our second time staying at this delightful cottage where we felt relaxed and free from everything. Jane is lovely and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. We loved both trips so much that we have booked again for next summer - can’t wait😃😃😃

A lovely location close to local villages and restaurants, lovely cosy, comfortable cottage, with lovely garden to relax in. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when staying in the area.
