3. There is a waste room right by the freight elevator. Please throw away your trash.
4. When exiting the apartment please turn off all electric equipment, including but not limited to the A/C. Please also close the windows and balcony door when the A/C is on.

The studio apartment is fairly basic. Bathroom very small, no kitchen towels, bath towels were very thin so we went through all of them and we are just two people. Only two wash cloths! Bed was comfortable. Jose was responsive. Checkin was confusing as there were other guests in our room by mistake.

We enjoyed our stay, studio is located closed to 5 stars hotels, 24/7 pharmacy , supermarket and car rental. Less than 10 minutes away from main roads, very accessible. Jose, the host, was very helpful and available. Studio was clean and it has everything you need for your stay. Description of the studio is accurate. Beach view is beautiful. Highly recommend. We will consider for our future trip.

Affordable in a good location

The apartment was clean. It was in a good area and the building was good. The balcony is great. The air conditioning worked well. It had a pool that seemed well taken care of and beach access. There were a few beach things in the apartment that were useful and we left behind a couple chairs and an umbrella that we bought. The host was nice and helpful. He answered several questions and concerns I had while staying there. It is a very small apartment. I don't think it should be advertised for four people. It has a queen bed and a futon. Unless your kids are maybe less than eight years old, two kids can't sleep on the futon comfortably. The cookware was a bit dated and could use replacing. We never had any hot water at the kitchen sink and the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent. Overall it was not bad but could be better. I would consider staying there again if it wasn't a family of four and if the hot water was fixed.

Great place to stay with Family and Kids

This place is very close to beach . Very easy to reach host and he is very flexible and good person . The house has all items to go beach which includes beach chairs, ice box, toys for kids. Swimming pool is really pretty and kids enjoyed until late night . Safe place to stay . I recommend if you planning vacation with kids to stay here .

Great area, great studio on the beach

Great studio apartment on the beach, perfect for a couple. 1. We loved Isla Verde. We felt 100% safe the entire time, there was lots of amazing food nearby, the beach was fantastic, and any excursions were just a quick drive away. 2. We loved the Coral Beach apartment complex. Very safe and gated, very easy to get to the beach (literally two steps from the complex), good security, incredibly friendly and considerate residents and neighbors, nice pool and tennis courts... it left us wanting for nothing. 3. Jose's apartment was wonderful. It is the perfect size for a couple. Everything was clean and well furnished and provided. The bathroom has been completely updated since the pictures that were posted here when we went, and it is beautiful and clean. Very appreciative of the water filter in the kitchen! Gorgeous view of the beach and Isla Verde from the patio. Didn't hear much noise over the air conditioner, but it wasn't loud. Air conditioner was AMAZING. Bed was super comfy- we're light sleepers and slept like babies the whole time. We would highly recommend this area of the island, and plan on coming back and staying in Jose's apartment again.

Nice, Safe and Beautiful Beach

We stayed 5 nights at the beginning of April. The beach and weather were perfect. Security for this complex is outstanding, so no worries there. The unit sits back from the beach, so the beach view is "in the distance" and we did enjoy sitting out on the balcony. There is some "building noise" from the roof of the hotel, below you next door, but you get used to it...like white noise. The unit has been updated and the furnishings were very nice. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Overall it is very good.

Great experience with an excellent location.

Very clean apartment in an excellent location in Isla Verde with walking distance to restaurants and sports bars. The beach is just an elevator ride down from the 7th floor. We had a great experience and it was just what we needed.

Vacs in Puerto Rico.

Jose was an extremely conscientious and considerate host. The apartment was an amazing location and exactly as listed in the ad. Traveling as a my family, we always felt safe in the condo complex and in the Isla Verde area. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Jose responded immediately. I would definitely recommend Jose as a host and this apartment to anyone travelling to Puerto Rico.

Perfect vacation condo

We had an unforgettable time while staying at Jose's condo. The studio was perfect. provided beach chairs, basketball, cooler and beach towels! We couldn't ask for anything better. Super comfortable bed, ocean view from the balcony, steps from the beach, 24/7 security and the pool was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is located in a great part of town with everything we needed in walking distance! This truly was the perfect trip. I look forward to recommending this property to my loved ones, and hope to return soon! Thank you so much!!

The condo is located in the best area of Isla Verde next to all the action. Plus, the building is one of the nicest ones of the area with the best facilities, security and great maintenance... and a bus stop right in front of us. Although to purchase an apartment in this building is much more expensive than other buildings in the area, this was by far our best choice in Isla Verde because of the building location and facilities.

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.
