Property is monitored by 24hr outdoor surveillance. Any groups who exceed the amount of people and cars listed on the reservation will be evicted with no refund. Anyone throwing a party or event will be escorted off the property by police.

Stay just minutes from the Las Vegas strip in a quite and safe neighborhood. Everything needed for a convenient and relaxing stay is provided: Clean linens, cooking supplies, Smart TVs in most rooms, 2 large living room areas, work desk, BBQ and outdoor dining table, Large indoor dining table, pool table and arcade game, laundry room with detergent provided. Each bedroom convenient charging ports on nightstands. Wifi is a highs speed business account for those working from home. All Bedrooms have tempurpedic mattresses with mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

Pool has a shallow wet deck to lay on. Depth in pool goes from 3.5ft to 5.5ft.

This is the perfect house for any group to spread out and have enough space in the house while gathering together in several areas for entertainment.

*Pool heating fee is $50/day . Spa is heated with no charge.

Wonderful Stay and Perfect Location!

We are looking forward to renting this property again next year! Property Manager was very easy to work with! Home was neat and clean. Maybe bring a couple extra towels with you but it was a great location with easy freeway access. My husband and son loved the Street Fighter Arcade!! :) Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The best I’ve had in Vegas

This was the best property I’ve stayed in in Vegas I’ve been here six times in the last 2 years and this is by far the best the the manager sent a friendly non intrusive message just to make sure we were good . . . . Everything was clean they had video games and pool tables all the thing we needed to cook and clean great outside area and were quick to respond when I had questions I will definitely be back here

Excellent location and property

Everything great. Just minutes off the strip at a convenient location. Only drawback is a sometimes spotty wifi to an otherwise flawless stay!

The internet here is usually very reliable. This must be an isolated incident. I will call the cable company and look into replacing the router, since groups usually never have issues with the internet. Thanks for letting me know!

Christmas in Vegas

Our daughter lives in Vegas and could not get away for the holidays so we came to her. The home was perfect and met all of our needs. The host even had a Christmas Tree for us! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

This house is in a perfect location. It's minutes away from the airport and the Las Vegas Strip. The house is comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone who stays. It is a nice place to relax when you return from a day of business or a day out exploring Las Vegas. The pool table is a nice addition.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We rented this house for our company to attend a convention. I cannot say enough good things about the location, property itself or the landlord, Tina. She is extremely gracious, communicative and helpful. We really enjoyed the house and will definitely rent it again! Thank you Tina and VRBO/HomeAway!

Great family gathering

Three family couples traveled to Las Vegas to visit other family members. The six of us stayed at this property. The place is very nice and well maintained in a good area and close to the strip. Plenty of space to gather and play games or watch football. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed . The patio was a beautiful wetting for morning coffee and enjoying the mountains. Our host was available, if needed, to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this property for someone staying in Las Vegas.

Beautiful home, great location!

As a family of 6 it can be difficult to find accommodations that are comfortable for everyone. This home had plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Close to restaurants and minutes from the strip. We had a great time! Thanks so much!

Truly a HomeAway from Home!

OMG, this property is so amazing! You wouldn't believe! Tina, the home owner has ensured you have everything you need and more in this "Wonderful House". This house has all the amenities listed from the kitchen, to linen, water cooler, laundry supplies, and so much more. We love the fact that it was so spacious & the way it was set up so we had plenty of area for small setting or we could combine them all together. The Pool Table was an added bonus, it got plenty of use. The large sitting area on the back deck for those warm night was wonderful! I recommend this property for anyone who truly want that home vibe! My family and I would rent this home again on our future visit. Your truly a class act Tina. Best place to stay in Vegas!! Highly Recommend!

Tina was such an awesome hostess! When our plans changed she accommodated our family and allowed us to stay a night sooner then we originally booked! Tina's responses to our questions in email were almost instantaneous, always clear and very informative. The house was a perfect resting place for our family among the excitement of Vegas. The house is just a few short minutes away from the strip and you can see the strip from the upstairs Master bedroom window. We took in a lot of the natural beautiful around Vegas as well. All which is just a short drive from the house. Tina had everything that we needed in the house and if she didn't already have it she offered to get things for us before our visit. The furniture and decor inside and outside of the house has a welcoming, homey feel. It was the perfect setting for our family, plus after long busy days it was wonderful to come home to comfortable beds to get much needed rest. Our family really enjoyed that the house was located in a clean, quiet and safe community since we were traveling with young children. We can't wait to make another trip out to Vegas, because we already know where we will be staying-At Tina's place! Thanks again Tina!

Loved this Place and would Recommend it to anyone

Tina was so great and easy to work with. She always made sure we had what we needed. The is what you see in the pictures. Very nice upgrades around the house and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location - I didn't want to be on the strip but we were a short drive there. Anyone considering this place should rent it. After spending a month at looking at places - this was by far the best value. So glad we rented this place for our guys weekend (easily slept the 5 of us). I can't say enough about how helpful Tina was. She even had a nice little welcome sign in for us. She did a lot of little things that made our stay great.
