Family-friendly villa on finca with pool, near Vejer, Sunshine Tour & beaches

Our largest Casita Alcornoque is tucked to the side of the finca, offering the most privacy and seclusion of the Casitas. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, family bathroom, sitting room & separate kitchen/dining room - ideal for an individual family or a group of up to six guests (max 4 adults). Please note that although our cancellation policy is strict, we always re-advertise any cancelled dates regardless of the reason in order to then refund any (net) payment received for the re-booking of any dates.

There is a queen double & two twin bedrooms (the largest can become a king double) sharing a spacious family bathroom with a washing machine. The well-stocked fully fitted kitchen/dining room has granite worktops, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave & wooden dining table seating six, while the separate sitting room area has two comfy sofas and an armchair as well as WiFi, smart TV, board games, books and toy box - with a woodburning stove for cooler months between mid December to end of March, (seasoned wood is provided weekly).

Patio doors from the sitting room open directly onto a spacious West-facing terraced patio, fully shaded with two round wrought iron chairs to curl up with a book or morning coffee - along with a charcoal barbeque and large wooden table and benches for up to 10 guests to eat together, so the ideal Casita for booking with another for smaller groups of families and friends who each want their own private space too. There is a parking area with shaded carport as well as a secluded garden that wraps all around, with two sunbeds and a wooden swing chair on the front lawn for relaxing in the sunshine - perfect for guests of all ages, including families with little ones.

Our prices include a daily caretaker, complimentary children items, Wifi, all utilities, secure private parking and the final property clean on departure - while the price for a two week booking also includes a light general clean on the middle Saturday morning, with a full change of cotton bedlinen and bathroom towels (& firewood in Winter). A bilingual childminder and arrival shopping service and bike hire including delivery/collection are also available on request.

El Sueño Finca is a relaxed & mellow retreat in a peaceful rural location, the antithesis to a managed holiday resort - where adults can sit back and relax in their own private space, while children run free to explore and meet new friends in acres of gardens, play areas and table tennis. Welcoming new & returning guests for 20 years, El Sueño is found in one of the most unspoilt areas of the Costa de la Luz, nestled into a secluded valley by the sea between the hilltop 'white village' of Vejer & the seaside towns of Zahara and Barbate. Tucked within organic laid-back grounds including a Bees & ButterflyGarden, Citrus Walk and a lake in the water meadows, there are just five individual country houses sleeping one to eight persons - offering guests a choice of individual accommodation for couples, families and friends as well as larger groups.

While our two bedroom Mimosa Casita is particularly suitable for those with mobility/wheelchair requirements, both our three bedroom Casitas Alcornoque and Pimeinta are also popular as they are on a single level. The four Casitas (cottages), each named after the closest of the trees that surround them, all have their own private shaded patio & garden, sharing a swimming pool safely fenced for little ones & two play areas for children set in the central gardens - while the spacious and private Cortijo del Sueño (original farmhouse ) with four en-suite bedrooms has its own swimming pool, so perfect for families and friends to share or a base for larger groups up to 16 persons.

Just minutes away are miles of glorious beaches, delicious restaurants & tapas bars to suit all tastes either in town, beside the sea or tucked in away in rural settings, along with a wealth of shops & markets, stunning nature reserves & a range of activities from wildlife tours, cycling, surfing, horseriding to whale watching for all ages. Dehesa Montenmedio just 500m away with its renowned NMAC art centre, acres of natural deer park, 18 hole golf course and international annual equestrian Sunshine Tour, while within easy reach for a day trip are many of the historical and cultural gems of Bolonia, Cadiz, Seville & even Morocco to explore.
