Native of Augusta, I have retired and relocated from Atlanta back to this lovely community of North Augusta, South Carolina just over the Savannah River from Augusta, Georgia.

Unique, eclectic home filled with charming items from travels as well as antiquities and modern furnishings. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street nestled in the residential Hammond Hills community convenient to downtown North Augusta, and only a 15 to 20 minute drive to the Augusta National Golf Club. One mile to the new SRP Park and Stadium as well as to Hammonds Ferry.

Home features many skylights, cathedral and vaulted ceilings, celestial and expansive windows resulting in a bright and cheerfully energetic space for you to enjoy while visiting. The back deck is completely private with multiple seating areas for your relaxation or you may choose to relax at the seasonally open outdoor pool located just yards from the home. Hammond Hill Villas Townhomes has 24/7 video surveillance security and vehicle tag numbers must be registered. I have owned this home 11 years and am not aware of any crimes taking place. I have served as a Board Director and President for several terms. A massive landscaping redesign may be initiated and completed prior to Masters 2022 for the entire complex. Landscape architect designs are completed. Initial implementation completed. (I chair the HOA Landscaping Committee and oversee this major capital improvement project).
