Apartment Orange with seaview 900m to the sea on Playa Flamenca Orihuela Costa

Dear guests. I must strongly disagree with what you stated in your opinion. You received a clean, well-kept apartment, with fresh bedding and towels, and I was at your disposal all the time by phone and WhatsApp. The photos show exactly what customers are renting. The apartment is on the 1st floor, which is clearly shown in the photos and the layout of the apartment, including the stairs and solarium. There is no obligation to install a fire alarm in apartments - this is not a hotel. There is no mold anywhere in the apartment. The bedding that customers receive is always clean. Due to the fact that the Customer does not pay for energy consumption, the power that allows simultaneous use of devices is limited to 3.5 kW. There was a portable grill on the terrace, but the previous tenant must have stolen it. The curtain over the bathtub is mounted on a rod that is leaning between the walls and has never fallen off any guest. We are not responsible for the neighbor closing the gate, it was enough to point out to her that it was not safe. To sum up: we are surprised by your opinion, especially since we were in constant contact with you by phone and Whatsapp and you had no comments about the apartment. I gave you a 5-star review and you gave me 1 star, that's not fair.

Dear guest, thank you for your review and the 1* rating, although I see it stems from national prejudice and a failure to properly read the apartment description. Where the owner lives is irrelevant to the tenant. I would also like to remind you that racial discrimination is unacceptable in Europe. Besides, Poland is not in Eastern Europe, but in Central Europe. Regarding the air conditioning, the apartment listing states that the air conditioning is in the living room, not in all rooms. I also wanted to add that when you leave the apartment, you turn off the air conditioning. However, you left it on, and for four days – until the cleaning service arrived – the air conditioning ran 24 hours a day, unnecessarily consuming energy and causing me additional costs. The cleaning lady said that when she entered the apartment, it was very cold, so the air conditioning cooled the rooms sufficiently.
