Lakefront cottage with private dock, boat, sauna and large garden with barbecue area

The house with beach plot is a classic Swedish wooden house, red with white knots, in Villa Villerkulla style with extensions and creative solutions. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and large pantry. In the living room there is a dining area with fireplace and a sofa group part by the panoramic windows facing the lake. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a shower room. There is also a large balcony with roof, facing the lake. On the front of the house there is a veranda with morning sun. The jetty is excellent for sun and bath. Down at the lake there is also the opportunity to barbecue and then eat at the quay deck's outdoor dining area. In the large garden you can for example. playing fireball, soccer, jumping trampoline or grilling at an open fireplace. A rowboat with a small outboard is included. The house is located on a secluded cove of Lake Mälaren where only those who have houses or friends come close. Due to a height limiting bridge at the inlet of the lake, there are only smaller boats inside the lake. The house is cleaned by the tenant at the end of the stay, there is no possibility to buy the final cleaning. Bed linen and towels must be taken by the tenant himself.
