These last two share a second bathroom with a shower. In the private fenced garden, you can enjoy a barbecue and various relaxation areas, ideal for sunbathing, enjoying a family meal, or simply relaxing with a good book. In addition, the communal pool area, located in front of the house, has a large pool, a children's pool, and a small playground. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as all the utensils for eating and cooking.



The accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava, from where you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The Raül Girona supermarket is less than 6 km away, and less than 3 km away, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine.
