Charming apartment Park - City center - fully equipped. Two big bedrooms.

The apartment is in a charming typical historical house, (they are called ā€œCasa di Ringhiera"), second floor with access from a nice balcony.
The courtyard and the balcony are full of plants. It has been recently completely renovated, newly furnished in a functional way for 5 adults.

Living room with kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom (bath + shower) with dressing room (with sink), equipped with all appliances, very quiet, spacious and bright rooms. Ceiling oak-beamed. Very close to the park and to the night life of Milan. Very cool!

The whole apartment is available. It is quiet and cool. There is no air conditioning, but you can find a few fans in case you need. During check in every guest must give name, place and date of birth, nationality, number of passport. It is an Italian law, and we have to pass these information to Italian Police within 24 hours from check in.

We live nearby and so we are available for any kind of information before and during your stay.

The apartment is located in the city center, in the area between Sempione Park (The biggest in Milan, in the city center close to the castle) and the Civic Arena, well served by public transport (buses 57 and 43, the Moscova metro station in 10 minutes, tram 2, 3, 4 , 14 and BikeMi bicycle station), there are shops, supermarkets, grocery and restaurants. A short distance Corso Sempione connecting ring roads and highways to the north (Turin-Milan-Venice and Lake Varese and Como).

A short walk in the park and arrive at the Castello Sforzesco and Piazza Cairoli. We are attached to the pedestrian area of the Arco della Pace, where you can have an aperitif, with restaurants, pizzerias and bars. Not far away is the picturesque pedestrian street of Chinatown and Sarpi, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. MiCo (Milano Congressi) is at walking distance, less than 2 km. Perfect for BIT 2018, Salone del Mobile and Social Media Week.

Beautiful Stay in Milano!

This property was a great location. Beautiful Sempione Park is steps awayā€¦ great for us as we love to run. Easy walk to Duomo/City Center. There was a grocery store directly downstairs. Antonella was so friendly and helpful.

Great place in the heart of Milan

Three of us stayed here on a leisure trip to Milan. Antonella is terrific to work with - quick responses, very helpful. The place is clean and comfortable, located in a great neighborhood with nearby park and restaurants. There is moderate street noise with the windows open at night, so make sure to pack earplugs if you are sensitive to this. But overall would highly recommend!

Super Location

The apartment was awesome! Love the security, quaint courtyard, and the close proximity of the grocery store. Perfect location with easy walk to fantastic restaurants and an active night life. The Metro, Duomo di Milano Cathedral (a must see), last supper, Chinatown and the Starbucks Roastery are also an easy walk. Our host was very accommodating when we missed our flights and had to delay our check in and when we got caught in a crazy rain storm and needed to delay our check out to dry off and repack. The only challenge was not having air-conditioning on hot evenings. The fans were helpful but a few nights were rough with the heat. Weekend nights can be loud, we did use ear plugs which were helpful. Overall had a great stay.

Just returned from a long weekend, the apartment was brilliant, centrally located, hosts very welcoming met us when we arrived and settled us in. We fly into Bergamo, book bus tickets to Milan 8.00 euro donā€™t make the mistake we did and jumped in a taxi 100 euro!

Dear Paolo and Antonella, What a true pleasure it has been to stay in your absolute divine apartment. Your welcome was more then welcome and having a basket with Italian products to use was so thoughtful. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures but more cozy when you are in it for real.. The apartment is a true treasure hidden behind a very heavy and large door, but once opened you feel in Italy immediately.. A picture perfect entrance and an elevator for all the heavy luggage. The neighborhood has everything in walking distance. The Arc and the park are at the end of the street as well are all kinds of restaurants and bars, you can't go wrong here. From the apartment the city is best entered by foot as you walk through this amazing lively park in one direct line to the Duomo, with all kinds of hidden treasures along the way. The next time I'll visit Milano again, you will know as I will for curtain book your excellent apartment again and would love to meet you again as well. We spent 5 days in Milan and it was awesome! The place is amazing, very clean and comfortable in a beautiful house and a great neighborhood with very friendly and caring hosts. In the apartment, everything we needed was provided. Antonella and Paolo even left us a little basket with pasta and snacks to eat and also prepared a guide including the nearest supermarkets, bars, restaurants and events in Milan. After two years I came back to this lovely apartment and even this time my expectations were exceeded. It is easy to access, the host are extremely helpful and welcoming, the apartment is clean, modern and has fantastic location. This time we were four of us but that was not any problem at all when the apartment has lot of space. We spend four days in Milano with our 15 year old son. Paolo and Antonella are great hosts. The apartment is spacious, everything was clean and comfortable. It's located very well. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accueillis par Antonella et trĆØs bien conseillĆ©s. L'appartement est quand mĆŖme spacieux et parfait pour 4 personnes. Il est trĆØs agrĆ©able. Antonella et Paolo avaient prĆ©vu des biĆØres, du cafĆ©, du thĆ©, des biscuits, ... pour notre arrivĆ©e. Super sympa. TrĆØs bonne connexion Wi-Fi. Il y a 2 lignes de mĆ©tro proches (une Ć  10 min Ć  pied et l'autre Ć  20 min Ć  pied en traversant un parc trĆØs agrĆ©able).
