Casa Armina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Maiori, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 250 meters (820 feet) and the beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Casa Armina from the street level going up a walkway that cuts through the hamlet and includes approximately 125 stairway steps (an alternative longer walkway with 33 stairway steps is available).
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Armina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens and towels; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:parking for small car (Fiat Punto or similar), if reserved in advance. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 14 are exempt.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room going down three steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
