A Refined Coastal Escape with Breathtaking Gulf Views

From the moment you walk in the front door of this newly renovated condo with its 9 ft. ceilings and expansive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, you will experience a beach vacation get away that is rare to find. Enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen complete with a wine cooler, new stainless steel appliances, and filtered water. Start your days with a cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the white sand beach and take a walk at dusk as you enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Relax at the large beach front pool and hot tub area that also has bathrooms and new charcoal grills. Both bedrooms have views of the Gulf and the inter-coastal waterway and are beautifully furnished. The Master BR with a king bed and pillow top mattress, has a large walk-in closet, 40" HD TV, and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd BR has a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster mattress, and a large double closet. The main area of focus is the oversized kitchen with granite countertops and room for 4 to eat on bar chairs. Every one will also enjoy the large living/dining area with a 65" HD TV, and two sofas, one with a queen size pull out bed. Also included is a DVD player, high speed wireless internet, and Netflix. Books and puzzles are provided for your indoor enjoyment. Tennis racquets, a cooler, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, and beach canopy are provided for your use. You are within walking distance to a park with a playground and basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, and a local coffee shop. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. Recreational activities include all water sports, bicycling, or walking the beach. John's Pass is 5 miles away where you can experience waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions (jet ski and boat rentals). Clearwater Aquarium, located about 20 minutes north, is a great family event. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour away. Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 2 hour drive. The Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes for 15 miles up and down Gulf Blvd. has a stop right outside the building. For only $5 you can hop on and off all day, traveling from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. During the season, you can enjoy a Rays baseball game at the Indoor Tropicana Field or stroll through museums and art galleries near the bustling St. Petersburg Marina and downtown area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication and check in were so easy. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Lots of beach supplies, tons of towels, great selection of games, books, puzzles, everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The location and views were absolutely perfect, along with very comfortable patio furniture! Really appreciated Mike accommodating a late check out time for us when we asked! Never had a issue finding a close parking spot, would gladly book again!

Great stay despite bad weather

This property is great. We had everything we needed. The location by the pool and the beach was perfect. Even when a tropical storm blew in we still had a good time.

Redington Beach

Overall the condo itself was beautiful! The lobby of the condo smelled, and the elevator took forever and sounded old, but get pass that and enter into the condo that is right on the ocean and absolutely beautiful.

The condo had a beautiful kitchen that was very well designed and equipped. We loved watching the stunning sunsets from the comfortable balcony. The beach and pool were perfect and accessible within a minute or two. Our stay was very enjoyable!

We loved our stay in this condo. The view is simply amazing for watching the ocean, sunsets daily and the ocean storms. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you may need. The owner Michael answered any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great condo and location

The condo had everything you could need, including for a day at the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and you were 5 minutes from several restaurants and activities. The local restaurants did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were nice but we spent most of our time at the beach. We rented a pontoon boat at Madeira Beach and saw a lot of dolphins on the inter coastal waterway. We also rented jet skis at Johns Pass. Would highly recommend Woodys for jet ski rentals. Some construction going on during our stay on the building not the condo. They didn’t start working until 8 am and some days we didn’t hear them at all. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place For A Birthday

I gave myself the gift of turning 40 in beautiful Redington Shores and this condo provided the most wonderful home away from home. I traveled with my 2 teenage daughters and we spent the week moving from the beach to the pool to the couch and back again. The condo was so clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything we could think to need. The owner was so nice and accommodating! The beds especially were super comfy— we had an amazing time. Thank you so much for providing such a great place! We loved it!

Wonderful condo with amazing views!

Michael's condo was a wonderful place to stay! Had a great balcony with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need. Lots of towels, blankets and linens. Everything you need for the beach and pool included. We will be back!

Fantastic vacation in a great location!

This was the second time we stayed at the Cromer’s beautiful condo. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved having use of the cart to get all of our things to the beach. It was great to have beach chairs available in the storage closet. We enjoyed lounging by the pool after a day at the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful condo in an amazing location!

My family and I stayed in this unit over Christmas. This was our third stay at San Remo, and the second in this condo. We had an absolutely amazing time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to many wonderful attractions and restaurants and the owner's provide a listing of many of these in the condo information packet. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Thanksgiving Stay

This was our second stay and we were just as pleased as last year. Wonderful property and location. The owners communicate as needed making the check in process easy. The unit itself is spotless fully stocked with anything you or your family might need . The balcony is still my favorite. We watched dolphins daily and just can never get enough of the sunset views.

Amazing Condo!

This was our first time visiting Redington Shores, and so happy we stumbled across this condo. It was spectacular it had everything and more including beach chairs, boogie boards and sand castles which is wonderful for us since we fly so we didn’t have to purchase any extras once we landed. We will 100% be back!

Home away from home

We stayed here in July and loved every minute if it! The location is perfect and the views from the condo are amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We cooked a lot! And the washer / dryer was a blessing. We did lots of laundry. Everything you need is provided. We had lots of blankets, pillows and towels! Can't wait to book another stay here

Wonderful property

Perfect for families with younger kids. Access to both the beach and pool! Having beach and water available great - didn’t need to bring or purchase any toys to play with. Property clean and comfortable…felt like we were at home!

Beautiful Condo

Wonderful condo! Clean, updated, and well-stocked

This unit offers one of the best unobstructed views of the Gulf in the area. In addition, it has been completely renovated and is like new. The gorgeous expansive kitchen is definitively the focal point and a congregation site for all renters.
