Located in a quiet hamlet in the hilly countryside of Brionnais, this old 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated, combines historical authenticity with modern comfort, with a functional interior, bright and warm. The house is surrounded by fields with nearby woods and a stream. It is located 10 minutes from the shelf where you will find a railway station, swimming pool, shops, services, restaurants and 1 hour 30 from Lyon.
The house, independent, is located on a private fenced plot of 1200 m2 with a large courtyard and a carport.
Nearby: natural heritage (marked hiking trails, fishing ...), historic (circuit of Romanesque churches, route of the castles of southern Burgundy) and gastronomic (goat cheese, Charolais meat, wine route 50 km ...)

Heating (ground for the ground floor and radiators upstairs), electricity included in the price.
Application of a discount compared to the rate posted for stays 4 nights and 5 nights, which brings the price of the stay 4 nights to 485 € and the stay 5 nights to 545 €.
Possible options:
- Towels rental: 5 € per person
- linen rental: 9 € per bed for the duration of the stay
- End of stay cleaning service: 55 €
The selected options will be paid on arrival at the cottage.

Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures until 10 am. If the cottage is not rented before or after, schedules can be arranged.
