Marlin Quay 104 is a two-bedroom, two-bath inlet/channel-front condo located across the street from the beach and two miles south of Garden City Pier, with unobstructed views of the Marlin Quay Marina and Murrells Inlet. This condo has been designed with high-end furnishings and décor, and features a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, range oven, dishwasher, tiled floors, as well as a washer, dryer, and private balcony. Three TVs (cable), a DVD player, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and two queen-sized beds, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Complex amenities include two outdoor swimming pools and six elevators serving two units per floor. Limit two parking and pool gate access passes at check-in. The property permits off-season monthly rentals. No motorcycles. No trailers. No golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
