House Maidreu is a beautiful newly built villa, situated in the locality Maidreu, valley Oddoene, on the road leading to the Gorroppu throat that is very few km, is 14 km from the center of Dorgali, a few minutes drive and you are immersed in the beautiful dorgalese campaign.
The house is completely independent, in the typical context of dorgalese cannonau vineyards, olive trees and prickly pear trees and unspoiled nature.
Covered veranda with table and chairs, hall and dining room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, plus a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, extra cot on request.
TV, electric oven, fridge freezer, bathroom with shower, outdoor barbecue, antique tub laundry in total available to guests. Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack offered by us with a taste of our home-made products such as olive oil, wine, cheeses.
sheets, towels and table cloths, detergents and soaps included and available in the house.
cost of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning included.

Fantastic walking, swimming and relaxing

Maria was exceptionally helpful throughout our 2 week stay at Casa Madreu, and was interested in where we had explored and offerred suggestions which were much appreciated. We went on long walks (6-7 hours) most days, and at the end of the day we always went swimming either at one of the lovely beaches n the coast, or in some beautiful pools in the nearby river. The mountains are spectacular and rugged, and the valley near the house is full of vines and olive trees and figs. The paths are really well signposted, and there were plenty of possibilities to walk from the house. We loved our stay, and also the local bar "chiosco bonu camminu" which was perfect for a beer at the end of the day. We plan to return as it was such a fantastically relaxing holiday surrounded by Sardinian nature

Top Lage, top Urlaub

Wir haben nach einer ruhigen Unterkunft abseits von Touristenmassen gesucht und diese gefunden. Sehr schön gelegen! Die Gastgeber waren super nett und die Weintrauben aus dem Garten sehr lecker! Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

PURELY AMAZING

Me and my boyfried stayed in this location for 3 nights only, and we realised we could have come there for a week at least. Every day we did walks of about 5 hours in the montains - there are plenty of routes around, you can easily fill a week with different walks in the very same are and see amazing archeological sites - Tiscali, Goroppu etc. The house was really nice, it's clear the owners also use it, so it has a nice domestic feel. The owners met us at gas station and guided us to the location - about 25 min. drive from Dorgali city. They were very kind to bring us a bottle of home made wine and cookies. The house has everything you need for the long stay. In case you travel in summer, there is a conditioner. In case you travel in winter - there is also conditioner that provides warm air. To my taste it's not the best way to warm up the space as it's noisy and not really warm in the end, but for us it didn't matter much, we were there to appreciate the beautiful location around. We will definitely keep this location in mind for next travels to Sardinia! Thank you very much for your expereince!

Un séjour magnifique

Si vous avez peur d'un bout de piste de 1km, si vous avez absolument besoin d'un four micro-ondes ou d'un lave-vaisselle, passez votre chemin . Sinon , si vous êtes émerveillés par une nature somptueuse ( oliviers, vignes, arbousiers), si vous appréciez d'être dans une maison où les propriétaires eux-mêmes viennent souvent, alors n'hésitez pas, ce lieu est pour vous. Quant à nous, nous reviendrons!

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem Tal, dort wiederum auf einem Weinberg. Die Aussicht ist einfach großartig. Es ist sehr einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem kleinen Garten, in dem besonders viele Arten von Sukkulenten angepflanzt wurden. Das Wasser ist nicht trinkbar, kann aber zum Kochen verwendet werden. Die Vermieterin spricht Französisch und die Tochter Englisch. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche eigenen Wein und eine Flasche eigenes Olivenöl, beides war hervorragend. Die Auffahrt zum Haus (ab Straße ca. 500 m) ist etwas abenteuerlich, es geht auf einer Schotterpiste, die teilweise ausgewaschen und steil ist, nach oben. Man muss ordentlich kurbeln. Die Einstiege zur Gola Gorropu und zur Wanderung auf den Tiscali sind fußläufig erreichbar. Dorgali liegt etwa 15 km entfernt und zum Baden in Cala Gonone sind es ca. 20 bis 30 min Fahrt.

Nooo je suis desolee. Le ventilateur eter da la chambre sur l.armoire... j.ai oublier de vous le donner🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️excuser moi.. mais pour la prochaine etee.. le conditionateur sera installer😁

Haus mit schönem Garten

Wir hatten schöne Ferientage im Ferienhaus Maidreu mit toller Lage im Oddoene-Tal. Es war alles vorhanden im Haus. Es ist von Weinreben umgeben, die von weiteren Besitzern des Anwesens gepflegt werden. Es gibt einen direkten Nachbarn und auch einen Anbau am Haus, der aber selten genutzt wird. Die Anfahrt hinauf zum Haus ist wirklich sehr steil und nur ein Schotterweg. Wir hatten bei Hinauf und Hinunter täglich unseren Spaß.

Country Idyll

A simple but comfortable 2 roomed house with a lovely mountainous view from the veranda. Situated in a beautiful valley, but less than 30mins drive from fabulous unspoilt beaches and ancient ruins and sites. A cook's kitchen ( plenty of utensils etc but no microwave or kettle) and a gardener''s garden ( never seen such a wide range of succulents outside a botanical garden ) . We loved it and even got used to tearing up the pot holed farm track in first gear in our basic hire car !

Huset lå fantastisk, der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge, og alt var i orden, et sted vi meget gerne vender tilbage til. Et forslag til jer vil være at i får lagt en kørsels anvisning fra lufthavnen, vi var på nettet for at finde en anden hjemmeside hvor det var beskrevet, dette hjalp os, men især da ejeren kun taler italiensk og fransk kunne i måske gøre det nemmere for lejer

Cadre magnifique propriétaires très accueillants

Maison individuelle sans vis à vis dans les vignes avec superbe vue. Plusieurs terrasses dont la principale couverte d’une pergola en bois. Environnement fleuri. Intérieur bien aménagé. Propriétaires très sympathiques et prévenants. A recommander nous avons passé d’excellente vacances.

Beautiful hilltop location, nice and clean house, very quiet, great for walking

This is a small but practical cottage, situated on a hilltop in some stunningly beautiful countryside. The location is quiet and relaxing and has a private and secluded feel. The owners (who speak Italian and French) are friendly and we felt very welcome. They grow olives and grapes near the cottage and we got some home-made wine and olive oil as a welcome gift. They were kind enough to meet us in the nearest village and guide us to the location of the cottage. The cottage is quite new, and it's clean and is well furnished. We had everything we needed including a full kitchen. (You need to bring your own drinking water.) It has a small garden and is surrounded by the owner's vineyards and olive groves. We were there in spring and had an excellent stay: great temperature for walking and the countryside in bloom. The cottage is situated near two of the most famous walking destinations in Sardinia, the Tiscali stone-age village and the Gorropu canyon. You could reach both by foot from the cottage or drive for a few minutes to a convenient parking space near the river. A minor warning: driving to the house is slightly rough. The last stretch (about 500 meters) is a steep dirt road, which can probably be a bit difficult for some vehicles or if it's raining. We didn't have any problems, though. The nearest location for grocery shopping is Dorgali, a 20-minute drive from the cottage.

Wunderschön - sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden von Maria sehr freundlich in Dorgali empfangen und zur Casa Maidreu begleitet. Die 20 Minuten Fahrt durch das Valle di Oddoene zum Haus sind es wert, da das Haus inmitten der Natur auf einem Hügel liegt, wunderschön umrahmt von den Bergen, Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Das Haus ist großzügig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft waren Küche und Kühlschrank mit einer Grundausstattung an Obst, Öl, Gewürzen etc. gefüllt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne wieder hinfahren.
