Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed the waterfront location, views, and the comfort of the bed and pillows. Ribera Petit is a compact apartment, as clearly shown in the listing photos, description and guest comments. It is best suited to guests who value a prime seafront location and a central base for a short stay. We are sorry that its size and layout did not meet your expectations for a week-long visit. Regarding the floor level, local terminology can differ. In Europe, the street-level entrance is considered the ground floor rather than the first floor, so the apartment is on the second floor, meaning two levels above street level. As stated in the listing, there is no lift and access is via stairs. The building entrance is accessed through the restaurant terraces, and both the building and apartment doors use traditional keys, which is usual in this type of historic seafront building. We are sorry about the washing machine and are reviewing it to ensure it is working correctly. We also regret that the requested towel change was not provided more promptly. Prices in Sitges vary depending on dates, events, size, facilities and, especially, location. Ribera Petit is directly on the seafront, in one of the town’s most sought-after areas. Hi Dirk!!! Thanks to your comments and those of other guests, in 2022 we have done a small renovation of the flat and we have fixed many of the things you mentioned, so we will be happy to welcome you back so you can personally check the improvements ;)
