Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea through a well maintained private garden.
It 'has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room (with sea view) with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV.
You can enjoy lunches and dinners cooked on the barbecue in a large veranda facing the sea and sunbathing on a large lawn. The villa has a private parking that can 'hold 3 cars.
The villa is 35Km (35minuti) airport of Cagliari-Elmas, 6 Km from Pula.
Located in the south of Sardinia, Porto Perd'e Sali (1 Km from the marina), 6 km from the beaches of Nora and Bithia with the historical remains.
The villa is located near famous sites such as the beaches of Chia and Tuerredda, S. Margherita, the luxurious FORT Village, Cape Teulada, the islands of S. Antioco and S. Pietro.

Very nice appartment with garden at the sea

We had a wonderful stay in villa Pula Mare. The appartment is spacious and clean and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach and seaview are great! The communication with the host Andrea was good and adequate. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place!

A wonderful holiday in this great house

What a wonderful holiday we (family of 6) had in this beautiful house. Step straight into the sea from your garden. We have had many houses in Italy, but this house stands out at the top of the list of our favorites. Everything in the house is very clean, spacious and neatly in order. The owner and his wife are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. They both speak very good English and think along carefully. You can tell from them that they really want you to have a great holiday. Mainly on the advice of the owner, we thoroughly enjoyed the following sights in the area: - Chia beach (swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling and really enjoyed the banana behind the jet ski :-) ) - the city of Cagliari (namely the historic part) - Had a delicious meal and walked around in Pula a couple of times - Nora (archaeological site) and last but not least, every day we thoroughly enjoyed the remarkable BBQ provided by the house. We cannot rule out that we will return to this beautiful house again! Andrea and Charmaine, thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness and give your beautiful daughter a big hug from us.

Absolut empfehlenswert! ****

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren beiden Kinder ( 4 und 2 Jahre ) verbracht. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub benötigt. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren bestens und die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie mit der Dame, die für die Hausübergabe zuständig ist, war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Für uns steht es fest, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-)

Amazing

The property was amazing! The location of the house, directly accessing the beach was awesome! House included everything we needed to be comfortable and feel like home. We visited many other beaches in the area but realized the beach in our own back yard was just as beautiful! Only issue is getting into the ocean - we had to buy water shoes since there are pebbles along the shore. Once you get into the ocean, the ocean floor is sandy and the water is crystal clear. Would definitely love to come back one day!!

Traumlage direkt am Meer

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der Gastgeber für alle Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Auch die Änderung der Buchung bedingt durch die Pandemie ist problemlos erfolgt. Die Villa ist jedoch eine Wohnung in einem Haus mit ca 10 Wohnungen, das war bei Buchung in der Beschreibung weniger gut zu erkennen.

Sehr Schöne Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und lief problemlos. Vor Ort war seine liebenswerte Mutter, die ebenso freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit war. Der eigene und direkte Zugang zum Meer ist fantastisch. Mal eben vor dem ersten Kaffee im Meer baden? Hier kein Problem. Der Strand vor Ort ist sicherlich nicht mit den Chia- oder anderen Stränden in der Umgebung zu vergleichen, aber alles ist in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einzig allein hat uns in der Ausstattung eine Spülmaschine gefehlt, was wir aber auch vorher wussten. Empfehlen können wir eine Bootstour. Am besten mit einem Schlauchboot und 40 PS-Motor selbst fahren. Ist dort ohne Boots-Führerschein möglich. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Woche.

Vacanza ideale di fronte al

Ottimo appartamento, molto spazioso e adatto per 6 persone. La veranda esterna è l’ideale per cenare guardando il mare e c’è un ampio giardino con accesso diretto al mare. La macchina è indispensabile per raggiungere i vari supermercati che si trovano a Pula, distante comunque solo pochi km. Il proprietario Andrea sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit großem Garten und direktem Meerzugang

Aufgrund des Inserats geht man von einem alleinstehenden Haus aus. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Eckwohnung in einem Zwei-Etagen-Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen, die z.T. auch an Feriengäste vermietet werden. Großer Gartenanteil, der direkt zum Meer reicht. Parkplätze im eigenen Hof. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet mit sehr guten Betten, sehr schöner Küche und ab der Mittagszeit schattigen Veranda mit gemauertem Grill und zusätzlich schöner Lounge. Einzelne Räume sind etwas hellhörig, insbesondere bei Bettenwechsel in den anderen Wohnungen und entsprechenden Reinigungsmaßnahmen. Das zweite Bad liegt in einem angebauten Raum und ist über eine hintere Terrasse zu erreichen. Außendusche perfekt nach Bad im kristallklarem Meer. Aktuell drei Außenliegen, hier könnte die Anzahl und auch ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse am Meer ergänzt werden. Perfekte Organisation durch Andrea, der immer ansprechbar ist, sowie liebevolle Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Martha, seine Mutter (tanti saluti!). Trotz der initial falschen Erwartungshaltung bzgl. Einzelhaus haben wir uns dann sehr wohlgefühlt, und würden unbedingt gerne wiederkommen. Grazie mille!

Näher am Meer geht nicht

Ziemlich kurzftistig gebucht hat sich dieses Haus als Glücksgriff erwiesen. Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 z.T. kleine Kinder, hatten die ideale Voraussetzungen für ein paar erholsame Tage. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen komplett, näher am Meer geht nun wirklich nicht. Die Ausstattung ist modern und funktional. Auch war die Industrie- und Hafenstadt Cagliari, das hatten wir zu Beginn unsere Befürchtungen, war weit genug weg, um sauberes Wasser und eine ruhige Umgebung zu garantieren. Zudem war der Kontakt mit Gastgeber Andrea auf Englisch möglich und verlief meist super schnell und konstruktiv. Gerne mal wieder!

Une villa pied dans l’eau au top

Cette petite villa pied dans l’eau conviendra parfaitement à 6 personnes. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées et la villa est très bien équipée. Un accueil sur mesure par Bernardina. Mais le gros intérêt de ce logement c’est bien-sur son emplacement avec un accès exclusif à la plage qui est adjacente à la propriété ! Le Top pour passer de belles vacances ! Merci à Andrea pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Sehr Ruhig gelegene Anlage

Das Haus ist in einem Ordentlich Zustand . Der Meer Zugang ist natürlich Saison bedingt nicht immer möglich , bei uns Ende Mai Anfang Juni war kein Strand sondern das Meer direkt an der Treppe . Andrea war telefonisch immer für uns erreichbar ! Seine Hausdame kann nur Italienisch ! Was die Haus Übergabe und Abnahme etwas schwieriger gestaltet. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden! Im Ort selber ist nicht viel zu machen der Bootsverleih öffnet wann er Lust hat oder eben auch nicht , die Pizzeria im Hafen ist ganz ok . Zum Einkaufen oder Abends was unter nehmen muss man nach Pula mit dem Auto. Zu Fuß 40 min . Aber Pula ist ein kleines süßes Städtchen wo es für jeden Geschmack was zu essen gibt . Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Great apartment with an even better view

Andreas apartment was perfect for us. Five people had enough space to move freely during the last 12 days. The apartment was clean, well equipped and had the best view - ever. Everything you need is just 10 minutes by car away (which I would highly recommend). Communication with Andrea was always easy and quick. We will definetely come back, thank‘s Andea!

Nice apartment, quiet surroundings- beach outside the garden

We really enjoyed our stay! Take a swim outside the house where it is not so crowded as on the beaches. With rental car you can visit the cave Is Zuddas, Chia beach, drive by beautiful Costa del Sud or go to Cagliari.

Tolle Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Es ist alles wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen, sehr sauber mit tollem Garten und Dackelsicher eingezäunten Garten. Für Sardinien großes Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wir würden wieder kommen!
