Las Almendras is a rental property on the Southern tip of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. The home offers privacy and comfort in an extraordinary jungle setting. This two-acre property rises gradually from Backwash Beach and stretches across a section of lush tropical gardens backing up to a mountainside draped in abundant rainforest. The home is situated at the base of the mountain, approximately 40 meters above the water and 150 yards from the sand. There is a peekaboo view of the water through the palms and almond trees. The open-air design of the home takes advantage of both mountain and ocean breezes throughout the day.

The house design optimizes outdoor living space. The pool deck is located in front of the kitchen, which is adjacent to the main living space. There are two bedrooms, each with their own sitting area, and full bathroom. In front of the bedrooms is a large covered patio that consists of a dining area and living room. Just off the patio is another open-air deck tucked against the hillside and surrounded by foliage for shade.

Throughout the booking process, you will work with a full time property manager. The property manager is able to assist with travel arrangements and answer any questions you might have. Once you arrive, they will provide a concierge service assisting with tours and providing information about the area. A cleaning service is provided every 3 days and is included in the stay. There is also a 24hr onsite caretaker that can handle maintenance issues during your stay.
