It has a unique position, with a large condominium park, over 2. 500 square meters, which reaches the beach. You can stay inside the park, equipped with barbeque and woodshed, choosing between sun and shade, protected from the outside, look out from the solarium (about 30 square meters) over the beach, or go out and find yourself directly on the beach. Also ideal for your animals.

Space
The accommodation is included in the condominium called SERGIUNCA. It consists of a large living-dining room and two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The double bedroom and the other bedroom sleep 4 people, but in the living room there are two sofa beds, or rather two normal sofas, which sleep two more beds, for a total of 6 guests. The accommodation overlooks a small courtyard where you can wash your swimsuits, accommodate your dog, lay your bicycles ... and then there is the beautiful pine forest of over 2. 500 square meters. (equipped with barbeque, oven and woodshed in addition to the raised solarium on the beach, freely usable) where you can stay or go out directly on the beach. Ah, I forgot, we have a large condominium parking, you will not have problems with the placement of the car.

Access for guests
The uniqueness of this accommodation, as I told you, is the large condominium park that reaches the beach and that in summer it is nice to use in every corner, either to rest in the shade or in the sun, or to have lunch or dinner in the area equipped with barbeque and oven and wood available in the woodshed next to both the beach and the sea from the solarium. Or you can go out directly to the beach and swim. You will realize the uniqueness of this room, in our village, but not only. The pine forest of our park is really beautiful and exploitable, most likely you will not use the beach if not to cross it to dive ... but you will return to the park. If you have bulky items to use at sea (eg windsurfing) you can leave them in a sheltered area of ​​the park near the exit on real comfort

How to move
Fiumaretta is a country not particularly large, in a short time you can take the long river that visit all the beach resorts, are only 5 or 6. Immediately at the exit of our condominium parking lot there is a large public parking. Less than a hundred meters from one of our entrances, there is a stop for public transport. On the long river, just ten minutes walk, there is the landing for the summer boat service that takes to the beach of "punta Corvo" (fifteen minutes of sea crossing), which is difficult to reach on foot (I I've never been able to do it, too difficult even when the route was maintained) If you want to get away a little from Fiumaretta, in the surrounding area you can go to Sarzana, to Lerici, in Versilia, or head to Portovenere or Cinque Terre. If you want an airport, in about half an hour you can get to Pisa and if you are looking for an art city in less than an hour you are in Florence
