Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1103 is a very spacious three bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building, directly on the beach. This unit has a rare reserved/covered parking space directly outside the lobby entrance door, closest parking space to the lobby!

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom- (New mattress August 2025) king size bed, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, cable TV; master bathroom with walk in shower, single vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) Queen size beds, ceiling fan, 3rd bedroom a bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. cable TV; living room flat screen cable TV/DVD; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. Tile through out unit fully renovated.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We had an amazing stay in Destin at this condo. The place was extremely nice and the view was incredible. Great amenities such as complimentary beach chairs and tent and a great parking space. Located close to all the main restaurants and entertainment areas. I would highly recommend.

Loved our stay!

The view from the balcony was excellent! My Mom hadn't seen the ocean in nearly 40 years and was up to catch the sunrise every day. The covered parking right by the building was a great perk when it rained (as it will in Florida).

Everything was super clean and nice. I will definitely try to stay here yearly now. The beds felt like you were sleeping on clouds. I didnā€™t want to leave the bed! Lol! Only downside was the hot water went out after 2ā€“3 people took showers. The entire family enjoyed the stay!

This was an awesome place to stay!! We took 11 people and it accommodated us all so nicely. The beach was beautiful the view was gorgeous. The room was exactly as described in the photos. The only complaint we had and itā€™s a small one was there wasnā€™t many dish towels or rags in the kitchen. But thatā€™s nothing major. Access to the beach was easy as well. Overall we will definitely try to book here again. We had a really great week!!!

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

The condo has been renovated nicely, gorgeous ocean front views. The couch could use replacing. There is a weird, musty smell, however throughout the entire condo. The master bed is horrible, it is a spring mattress and box spring that sinks when you lay down in it almost as bad as a waterbed would. My husband ended up having to sleep on the sofa. The decor of the unit was nicely done if you like, contemporary, modern decor. The unit was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of beds. The washer and dryer could use updating. There was an issue with communicating with the property manager, although I will say that was probably due to the emails being sent to the wrong email address. Free beach set up was a plus, however you must go and speak to the beach attendant and reserve your chairs early in the morning as itā€™s first come first serve. The pool was nice front facing the beach. He balcony outside, facing the ocean. A nice added surprise is you have a parking space reserved for this condo, very first parking space covered beside the lobby. Elevators were clean and fast. Overall we had a pretty good time.
