Quiet and secluded flat a short walk from restaurants, bars, shopping and tube station. The home was comfortable, especially the beds. Kitchen well stocked. Really nothing lacking. Laz Turkish restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend for a quiet London stay but near transportation to anywhere. If you are lucky, you will see the fox family playing in the back yard.

We were right in Camden Town which has access to everything, but the apartment itself was peaceful and quiet. It was a perfect location.

This is a gem of a place! It’s right near the hustle of Camden Market without all the noise. The place was quiet, and big enough for three adults and a toddler. The best part - the garden. We sat out each morning and evening, and were treated to a family of foxes on our last day. The zoo is within walking distance and so is the park and gardens. Nicola was an amazing host and so responsive. Loved our stay!

This flat lived up to all the positive reviews. Our family of four stopped here for a long weekend on the way to Scotland and it was such a lovely introduction to the UK. The back garden created a cozy nook for us to relax between adventures and were delighted by a few fox sightings. All the beds were comfortable with nice sheets and the large bathtub was luxurious. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. If we visit London in the future, we would love to return and enjoy this little oasis in the city again.

Great place in Camden Town!

If you want to be near Kentish Town or Camden Town, this is the apartment for you! Very spacious and quick walk to the tube. Camden Market a short walk away. Enjoyed our stay!

Very charming flat! Nice and quiet street and so close to Camden Town Underground station. We walked to Primrose Hill and surrounding areas. We are a family of four and it was nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms! I would highly recommend this rental for your London adventures!

1st Family Trip Overseas

London was our 1st stop on our UK and Ireland family holiday! This place was so perfect. Close enough to be in the heart of Camden but quiet enough not to hear all the live music and hustle and bustle. Very “kitsch” little place with lovely charm and personality!

We enjoyed our stay. The flat was very spacious and fully equipped. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Zero issues with check in. Communication was excellent.

Great location in London

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything is easy to reach by underground or bus. On one side green Regent’s Park, on the other the bustling Camden. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, quiet place & great host

The neighborhood was amazing. Two blocks from the fascinating Camden Town, it was so close to the underground and many amenities with lots of character. However, two blocks was all that was needed to be completely quiet and very comfortable for our young family. Host had great communication and was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely Property

This flat was ideal for two friends that needed separate en-suite rooms and extra space. It is fully equipped including washer and dryer which was helpful for out 2 week stay. Location is ideal with everything you need within a short walk. Great access to the local covered market and tube station. Our host was great: quick responses to a few initial questions. The weekend night noise was the only reason for 4 stars in one category. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Camden Town

Nice place close to Underground making it easy to get around London. Lots going on in the area. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture in living room a little tired but we hardly spent much time in there as we were always on the go. Nice back yard to see when in the living room Overall I recommend it. Great for couples or small family

Wonderful base for our London stay

Generous flat in great part of London. Close to tube station and parks. Camden Town has lots to offer. Street is nice and quiet. Flat has a lovely garden that unfortunately we did not get to enjoy fully due to the weather. Fully set up kitchen and living spaces made self catering easy and a comfortable stay Nicola was a wonderful host with clear detailed communications and helpful suggestion for parking through Just Park that worked out really well. We will definitely be visiting again and using the garden flat as our London base if it is available. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Garden Flat with a Great Location!

Nicola's flat in Camden has a great location- midway between the bustle and excitement of High Street and Camden Lock Market and the beauty and tranquility of Regent's Park and Primrose Hill. Convenient to all public transport (a five minute walk from the Underground), set on a quiet side street and with a truly private garden and back deck, the flat was in excellent condition, spacious, clean, nicely decorated, exactly as portrayed in the photos and description in the listing, and an extremely comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day of walking and sightseeing in and around London. Nicola is an excellent host- very responsive to our requests and inquiries, both before and during our stay, and knowledgable about the area and its many service and entertainment options- he was a delight to rent from and work with!

Perfect for our family of 4

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. With two teen boys, we wanted space for everyone to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. No one felt like they were on top of each other and having two bathrooms and two bedrooms was just perfect for us. The small kitchen was great for preparing easy breakfasts and storing leftovers. We watched a few movies in the family room at night and while we did not use the backyard area, it was very pleasant to look out the window. We even saw a fox one morning looking curiously right back at us! This property truly is less than a 5 minute walk from the underground and just outside of the hustle and bustle of Camden. We enjoyed that the market was so close so that we could grab food and bring it back on the nights we didn't want to sit down at a restaurant. Highly recommend!

Three generations in London

We stayed for 3 nights in early June. Clean, basement flat with walk out to large garden occupied by two foxes in the evening until early AM. It had ample space for us to have some downtime from each other as needed and also to eat and play cards together. Some confusion with the property manager over the lamps as we didn't want to use the overheads lights as some people were sleeping due to jet lag having travelled from Canada. A great location, close to the underground (subway) and in minutes you are in the hub of the street markets, the canal and tonnes of restaurants. We walked to Regents Park as well as went to the lookout over London at the top of Primrose Hill by foot. Overall a good find for a multigenerational family stay!

What an absolutely sensational find. Peace and tranquility within minutes of the frenetic entry of Camden High Street and markets.Everything was as described but the apartment holds its own magic and we wished we could have stayed longer.Communications before and during the visit added value. We parked our car using the JustPark app at Sainsbury’s secure underground car park which worked out wonderfully.Next time we visit London our first booking will be this apartment.Thank you

The flat was very clean, easy check-in and out. Family friendly flat, having 2 bedrooms with a teen was helpful after a long day of exploring. The street was quiet near a fun bustling bar scene and Camden lock markets for shopping and groceries. The metro is near by. Perfect green space in the back with the family of foxes. The flat had traditional decor, the couch could use some updating.

Close to tube and great communication

We planned our first family trip overseas and our first stop was London. We loved our VBRO here! The owner takes great pride in their home and it shows. She was excellent at communicating with us and giving us directions etc. This really helped easy any anxiety about traveling with the family. The home is super close to major tube station and to make it easy to see all the must dos in London but is tucked back on a quite street, which is nice to relax in after a busy day of site seeing.
