Large panoramic terrace with access from the living room (approx. 25 m2), finely equipped with benches and a solid wood table.

Open kitchen, equipped with: microwave, nespresso, grill, kettle, induction hobs, fridge and various dishes.

Elegant double bedroom with antique furniture, TV. Direct access to the second terrace.
Bathroom with large shower.

The property:

Comfortable and quiet apartment in Tyrolean style, accessible by lift and located on the top floor of an elegant and recently built property. Stone pine finishes, elegant upholstery and exclusive panorama.

The larger terrace 1 (25 sq m) is finely furnished with a solid wood table and benches.

Both from the livable terrace with access from the double bedroom and from the large terrace1 which can be accessed from the living room (stube), you have a view of the Dolomites, the Guggenberg slope in front of the apartment and the Hitte hut with restaurant and ski school service .

In the apartment the cot for babies / children is NOT available.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Val Pusteria / Val Casies and is equidistant a few minutes drive from the magnificent slopes of Plan de Corones and Monte Elmo. In addition, the town offers a train service from Moguelfo to the best ski resorts.

Tesido is:

10 "from San Candido.
20 "from Lienz (Austria)
25 "-30" from Cortina.

Ideal location for those who love taking walks with and without bicycles (which can be rented on site) and for those who love cross-country skiing and traditional skiing.

From Tesido there are numerous paths on the most beautiful South Tyrolean paths that will brighten your holiday.

Guests will have access to all parts of the house (stube-living room, open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, 2 large terraces)

Interaction with guests:

An emergency person will be available to assist you.
The owners will still be available for any support and will leave information material on the services offered and the events organized by the country available!

Ideal luxury apartment for couple or family. Loving us too much comfort, in our opinion it is NOT the house suitable for 4 adults (2 couples).
Tranquility and relaxation, organization and breathtaking views.
Suitable place for those who love the mountains in summer and winter.

Knowing the Dolomites well, we believe that Tesido / Monguelfo is one of the most beautiful places in South Tyrol. It really offers a lot!

A tour around:

A city bus leaves the country frequently, leading to the center of Monguelfo and the railway station.

On foot, however, you can reach:

Tesido is a sun terrace and is located at the entrance to the Val Casies valley.
IT IS THE CASTLE OF MONGUELFO (between Tesido and Monguelfo), a few hundred meters from the house which carefully monitors whoever crosses the door towards unspoiled nature from its rocky hill.
This castle, above Monguelfo, is the only one accessible to visitors of the Alta Val Pusteria. A visit to the castle is perfectly combined with a walk along the "Schlossweg Welsberg" (Path of Castel Monguelfo) or the "Großen Schlossrunde" (Grand tour of the castle). The castle and its garden serve as a stage for various concerts and artistic events.
An excursion to the MALGA DI TESIDO and LAKE BRIES, both in summer and in winter, is an obligatory part of the program.

Other things to highlight:

In winter: the ski slope (Guggengerg) which the house overlooks is 2.5 km long. It is ideal for everyone but especially for novice children. This track is open once a week even at night (Friday) and is artificially illuminated!
On New Year's Eve from terrace2 you can experience both the local show performed by young local skiers and snowcat athletes!
Tesido is located halfway between the slopes of Plan de Corones and those of Monte Elmo / San Candido (Croda Rossa). You can reach them by train (5-10 min.) Or by car.


After a few km, you can reach the 50 km long cycle path that connects the Pusteria Valley with Austria (Lienz), passing through characteristic woods and villages. Along the way you cannot give up a stop at the Loacker factory, to taste the goodness that this location offers.
An experience that in summer cannot be missed!

If you love walking / trekking in the mountains, from Tesido there are numerous and fantastic paths that you can take!

Upon request, we can reserve a table for you in our restaurants for the best value for money.

In August, in Monguelfo, the CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL is organized, an event not to be missed!
The owner, although not living on site, is always available via mobile phone for advice or support. The keys will be delivered by a person in charge.
