Lido di Camaiore is a well-known seaside resort in Tuscany. Its sea and beaches are known in Versilia and throughout the region. From Lido di Camaiore it is possible to quickly reach famous places such as Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi, Torre Del Lago Puccini. You can also make naturalist excursions in the reserve of Lake Massaciuccoli, to the marble quarries of Carrara or visits to the nearby city of Lucca. Famous and renowned is the cuisine with its fine wines.
The property can be reached well by car, by train, by bus. For those arriving by car, from the A11 motorway, the property can be reached by following the signs for Viareggio, Camaiore. Those arriving by train will get off at Viareggio station. The address is via Gigliotti, 43 - 55041 Lido di Camaiore. Parking in the adjacent streets is free in places marked with white stripes and for a fee in places with blue stripes. The cycle path is very close to the house and runs parallel to the beach.
The apartment is located less than 100 meters from the sea, the beautiful promenade and shopping places, in a strategic position for excursions in the Versilia area. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, discos and trendy night clubs are in the immediate vicinity. The free beach and the pier on the sea are also very close.
The building faces a beautiful green area and is very close to the Church of the Sacred Heart. The house is on the fourth floor of an apartment building with an elevator. Very bright, it overlooks a courtyard with a partial view of the Apuan Alps. A small covered terrace gives the house greater comfort.
The property consists of an entrance; a double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables; a living room with TV, two-seater sofa bed; a kitchenette with window. The kitchenette, in addition to the gas hob and fridge with freezer, is equipped with an oven. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, Moka coffee maker, plates, cutlery and various crockery. To set there is a tablecloth with six napkins. Bed linen and towels are provided for one week. The washing machine is located inside the kitchenette. The terrace is accessed from the living room which has a ceiling fan. A sliding door separates the kitchenette from the living room. There is a closet and a bathroom with window, shower and small tub.
The beds are three or four. In the house there is no landline telephone, Wifi, air conditioning.
Pets, if small in size, are welcome.
