• Existence of construction work 60 metres from the house, which may generate some noise on certain days, with the legal working hours for construction in the Municipality of Lagoa being from 8am to 8pm on weekdays.



BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This spectacular luxury villa has been designed for maximum comfort and privacy, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests in 5 sumptuous bedrooms.

The spacious lounge-dining room opens directly onto a large south-facing veranda, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views.

PROPERTY RULES

• Smoking prohibited

• Parties or events prohibited

• Groups under 40 years of age are not admitted.

• Pets prohibited on the property

• Respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00

• Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 10 guests (children included)

• It is not permitted to leave rubbish or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• In case of breach of the rules, guests may be evicted from the accommodation, without right to refund



SECURITY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€2000) via secure method, refundable within 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF - (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX – charged to all guests from 13 years old.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays by professional team

• Bed linen and towels washed in professional laundry at a minimum of 60 degrees.



IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: Daily from 17:00 to 19:00

• €40.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 19:00 to 23:00

• €70.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 23:00 onwards

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time
