Nadia & Piercarlo were amazing hosts, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and family oriented, we couldn’t be more grateful to them. The property itself ticks every box one could hope for in a holiday rental, the house was immaculate, the views were stunning and the pool was the icing on the cake. Our family loved our visit and will definitely be returning. We would definitely recommend with 5star feedback.

Beautiful holiday home with tasteful interior design, a huge pool, and stunning views of the lake. Everything was perfectly maintained and very comfortable. Piercarlo and Nadia were fantastic hosts: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We would happily come back!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful week spent at this very special house. The house was so well equipped, from the kitchen to the entertainment. The grounds and the pool were immaculate. Wonderful views and a very welcome breeze from the lake below. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Hope to return again!

Beautiful villa in idyllic location

Second visit to this wonderful villa on the hill above Bracciano. Met at the property by the owners who were most welcoming and made every effort to ensure we were fully familiar with house, pool, gardens and local area. The Villa was immaculately clean throughout, the pool pristine and the gardens beautifully maintained. The pool (& numerous floats) table tennis and outdoor shower were a big hit with our kids!! Thanks again for a great week

Arrive andw Switch off

Even after our long journey and very late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Matteo and Nadia.The house is wonderfully beautiful, and Rome, located just 40 km away, can easily be reached with a rental car.The many tips from our hosts were very helpful, and the house’s amenities left nothing to be desired.Thanks to Marianna, the house was always spotless – thank you to you as well!We would gladly come back.

Delivered more than expected

Nadia and Matteo were excellent hosts dedicating time and attention to our stay. The villa is superb and bigger than expected both in sleeping accommodation and land to roam on. The pool is a major plus, at nearly 11 metres its huge presenting opportunity for fun, games and cooling off. The view is excellent while the local towns provide all that is needed. Swimming in Lake Bracciane is sublime and such a memorable experience. A car is a must to get around. We definitely would like to return in the future.

Perfection!

Villa La Quercia is even better in reality than it appears in the pictures. From the very friendly welcome on arrival until the day we left, we found the villa to be completely perfect. Everything inside and outside the villa are of the highest standard, is immaculately clean, and very well equipped. The very large pool and huge, beautifully maintained, gardens are perfect for relaxation, and the view over Lake Bracciano is unforgettable. The villa is a credit to the owners, and is the most impressive rental property we have ever stayed in. We would happily return in future if the opportunity arises. Thank you, Nadia and Matteo.

Relaxing beautiful home

The view from the house is mesmerising along with the gardens and pool. The house has such a well equipped kitchen, well appointed bedrooms and very clean bathrooms. It is very secure and very easy to keep cool especially in the heat wave we had ! We were able to keep the house cool during the day and overnight - they even supplied fans in every bedroom just in case. The owners couldn't have been more helpful - they even booked the most delightful restaurant for our birthdays and asked for the best table in the house, we got it. We would highly recommend a stay here, it is an easy trip into Rome but there are also so beautiful villages and towns to visit around the lake. We will hopefully be back ! Thank you !

The best of the best - heaven

What to start with, I travelled in 40 countries and I was looking for a place to recharge my battery but also spend time with family and friends: 1st the hosts, are wonderful people, super helpful and respectful of guests privacy and a pleasure to talk with, top level people; 2nd the villa is impeccable, the photos are not giving it justice, is clean, elegant, comfortable, cozy and so well maintained that looks like a 5+ luxury resort. There is all you need in the kitchen and the view of the lake, the garden, the vigna wow is like a dream, the pool is good for long swim or chill out. What to say more then thank you so much for making our romantic escape the best ever. We will come back soon, did not want to leave. Grazie mille 🤩

Heaven in Italy

As much as I’ve traveled around the globe, it’s not often that my expectations are met, never mind surpassed, but Nadia and her family’s home was the exception. The posting doesn’t begin to do it justice. I’ve never felt so at home in a property. The house was an architectural marvel yet cozy and spacious. The landscape and the views were breathtaking and will be sorely missed. Not enough adjectives to describe how welcomed and comfortable everyone felt. The location was perfect for a quick trip to Rome by train (but you should have a car) or a quiet dinner along the lake in Trevignano. The house had everything you could need and then some. If you want the perfect place to stay near Rome, this is it. Can’t thank Nadia enough! Hope to return some day soon. Ciao!

Very nice and modern villa with a fantastick garden and view

In general the house, pool, garden, view is at a high level. To highlight what we find really stands out  - the house is generally very nice with a quality atmosphere, the green lawn/park with a fantastic view and the open kitchen/living room works really well - the hosts did an extra effort to welcome us, e.g the welcome letter, the house introduction, availability of soaps/detergents/sun lotion and not at least the cooking class with Nadia - the kitchen with all the extra machinery (toaster, blender etc), the sharp knifes, the fresh herbs in the garden etc. - pool with ‘ramped’ sites is good for kids, and all the plastic toys, bats, petanque etc gave joyable outdoor play - many small restaurants around the lake, and with Rome only 45min away by car. We have rented villas for our summer vacation for many years. All in all, this has been one of the very best villas, which we can highly recommend. Br Morten and families

Exquisite Luxury Home on Lago di Bracciano

This was the perfect home to end our "once in a lifetime," multigenerational family trip to Italy. We traveled to Trevignano Romano via Santa Marinella (Castello Santa Severa) and Bracciano (a great day trip to those who are traveling from Rome to Lago di Bracciano). We will be forever grateful that Piercarlo and Nadia shared their elegant lake retreat with our family. They were attentive and caring hosts who ensured all of our needs were met throughout our stay. The villa is located a short drive from town and is just a 2 km walk to the lake and nearby local restaurants. The house was flawless; thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. It had every modern convenience including washer and dryer (though the sun / clothes lines are preferred during an Italian summer). The kitchen is a home chef's dream (and was stocked with all the basics). The open floor plan seamlessly blended outdoor and indoor living spaces. We relaxed and swam throughout the day and dined poolside, overlooking the lake. We only wish we could have extended our stay another week! Grazie!

Wat een prachtig groot huis. De tuin is enorm met een geweldig groot zwembad. Er zijn veel opblaasspullen voor in het zwembad aanwezig en ook veel spelletjes. In het huis is alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hadden er een geweldige week. Het uitzicht is echt om nooit te vergeten! Dank jullie wel Nadia en Piercarlo.

Gelungener 14-tägiger Aufenthalt in traumhafter LageWir haben als vierköpfige Familie zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus von Piercarlo und Nadia verbracht und hatten eine rundum schöne Zeit. Das Haus liegt angenehm ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung nahe dem Lago di Bracciano und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den See.Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist besonders hervorzuheben: Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und erhielten eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Unterkunft. Für den Start standen bereits gekühlte Getränke sowie Zutaten für eine erste Mahlzeit bereit. Auch während des gesamten Aufenthalts waren Piercarlo und Nadia jederzeit erreichbar, antworteten zügig auf Fragen und gaben uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Ein echtes Highlight ist der großzügige Außenbereich mit dem grossen Pool, um nach Tagesausflügen zu entspannen. Die am See gelegenen Nachbarortschaften von Trevignano Romano, Anguillara und Bracciano, sind definitiv einen Ausflug wert. Auch die Fahrt nach Rom mit dem PKW war ohne Probleme möglich.Als kleine Anregung für die Zukunft wären Fliegengitter bzw. Moskitotüren an den Fenstern und Türen (insbesondere in den Schlafbereichen) eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In 1 woord: geweldig!Het huis is fantastisch met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer van Bracciano in de verte. Goede bedden. De keuken is buitengewoon goed uitgerust met enorm veel servies, pannen en glaswerk. Hammamdoeken en allerlei zwembad-spullen voor heerlijk ontspannen in het zwembad zijn ook aanwezig.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus ist der ideale Platz, um einen erholsamen Urlaub mit dem Besuch der Stadt Rom zu verbinden. Nach Rom sind es von dort nur 45 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt. Man merkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird, denn die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und beinhaltet viele persönliche Gegenstände. Im Untergeschoss wohnt ein älteres Ehepaar, was regelmäßig vorbeikommt und den Müll entsorgt und den riesigen Rasen einmal pro Woche mäht. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der große Pool, den die Kinder geliebt haben. Wenn wir nochmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wonderful villa - thoroughly recommended!

We’re a family of 5 with two teenage girls and a 3 year old boy. We absolutely loved our stay - there was so much space for the children (inside and outside), they loved the pool and all the inflatables, and the view over the lake is beautiful. The villa has everything you need, was really clean and is well supplied with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, sun loungers etc. We explored the surrounding towns and headed into Rome twice during our stay (only a 40 minute drive away). The property hosts couldn’t have been more helpful - making lots of suggestions before we arrived of places to visit and eat, as well as helping us during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate the stay again - we had such an amazing time. Thank you!

Amazing and very relaxing time

It was our first time at Lago di Bracciano, but certainly not the last time. The house was exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere is relaxing, the house has everything you need for a great stay, the pool as perfect and the yard is amazing. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and they helped us with hints and recommendations. The surrounding is perfect for a relaxing time, the water of lake Bracciano is very clear. Ideal for swimming and SUP. Simply a great stay.

Semplicemente perfetta !

Entrare in casa d’altri e sentirsi a casa propria! Stanze, cucina, salone non manca nulla, anzi c’è molto più di quanto ci si aspetterebbe. Uscire e tra un tuffo in piscina e una passeggiata tra ulivi e tralci d’uva godere di un panorama unico. Ad un passo da Roma una vera oasi privata . Grazie Nadia ! Speriamo di poter essere nuovamente vostri ospiti
