Newly renovated for ski season 2017/18, a spacious 2 bedroomed apartment in Kalinka building in the heart of La Tania Village centre. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet location on the first floor. It is ski in/out and has a lovely sunny balcony. The balcony overlooks the beginner ski area and sledging spot so is great for families with younger children. On the ground floor of the building is a private ski locker with an exit directly on to the piste by the beginner/free drag lift Troika.

The apartment consists of one good sized bedroom with a double bed and a cabin style bedroom with bunk beds. There are 2 single sofa beds in the lounge so the apartment could sleep 6 people.

There is a large hallway with plenty of storage. A bathroom with full sized bath and shower attachment and good sized sink. Separate WC.

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and family sized combi microwave/oven/grill. It has an elevated eating area separate from the lounge. The lounge has 2 large sofas from which you can enjoy the great views.

The apartment has free WIFI for guest use. There is a Smart TV with internet apps, also UK freeview and a digibox providing French TV channels. Curtains, flooring and sofa covers all brand new for 2017/18.

Cleaning, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. There is an underground parking space available with the apartment, this is charged additionally at £50 per week so please let us know if you would like this option.

We operate a Sunday changeover so that you can benefit from the quieter pistes on a Saturday and also avoid some of the busy arrival and departure days which tend to be on a Saturday. Flights options are usually cheaper on a Sunday also.

We, Extreme Ski Services manage the property for the owners who are based in the UK, they have owned the apartment from new! We live locally and are English speaking. We can help you with local knowledge, booking discounted ski hire and ski passes plus advice on lessons and transfers to resort.
