Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this unique property features open and airy living spaces framing beautiful beach views. A few distinct interior features include two stone fireplaces, fourteen foot ceilings, expansive windows allowing ample natural sunlight, and a private courtyard, covered patio and swimming pool. The living area offers plenty of relaxing seating, a 60” flat panel HDTV, a half bath, and direct views of the private pool and beach. Indulge the chef in the group with our fully stocked gourmet kitchen and generous granite prep space.

Conveniently located downstairs is a delightful guest bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bathroom and closet. The upstairs master bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat. With a whitewashed cathedral ceiling atop a stacked stone fireplace and sitting area, the master bedroom offers a four poster king bed along with a wet bar and access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom is designed in clean white finishes, and features an oversize shower, a double basin vanity, and a jetted bathtub.

An additional upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs bunk-room is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed, and a separate full bed. Each bedroom features an adjacent full bathroom, and walk in closet space. For your convenience, there is room to park 4 cars (no street parking allowed), a full size laundry room, and WIFI is complimentary.

Cancellation: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking. If you wish to have the pool heated it is an additional $40/day (duration of the stay required) and must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to arrival day.
