The home features a large fully equipped kitchen, huge living room with vaulted ceiling and a stone fireplace plus a wonderful view of Trail River and the surrounding mountains out the windows. The three bedrooms each have an en-suite private bath. The home can sleep up to 9.

Sit on the porch and enjoy your morning coffee or prepare a meal on the grill. In the evening start a fire in the fire pit located a few feet from the river and recap your adventures of the day. Bring your pole and fish right from the yard. Covered carport so you won't get wet coming or going if it happens to rain.

Situated smack dab in the middle of all the action. 5 minutes from Moose Pass, 20 minutes to Seward and Resurrection Bay, 30 minutes from Cooper Landing and the world class fisheries on the Kenai and Russian Rivers, 45 minutes from the historic mining town of Hope. 1 1/2 hour from Anchorage and Soldotna/Kenai.
