Nice apartment. Clean, well equipped and easy walking distance from the beach and Boscombe town. Sea view from little Balcony. Heating works well as is important out of season in October. The owner Kevin very was helpful. Highly recommended.

Great property

Lovely little place to go for the weekend and nice and quiet as well right by the sea. Clean cosy little apartment

A Great Location

This is a studio with en-suite bathroom. Ideal for our short stay. Parking on the streets around the area but restricted parking immediately outside the front door, allowing easy unloading and loading.

Seaside Escape

This seaside apartment was absolutely delightful. Nice walk to the beach, directly near one of the piers. Not too far of a walk from Bournemouth (it is a delightful walk along the sea into town). Easy access to public transportation and a wonderful view from the porch. Can't wait to hopefully stay here again.

Lovely stay

It was very compact as per the photos but had everything we needed. We enjoyed the tiny balcony with a sea view. A great location for the sea and shops and no issues with parking. The water pressure is not great for showers but it is an older building and we managed ok. We were blessed with glorious weather and had a lovely stay.

Cosy apartment with an amazing view

The little flat has everything you need. It is well equipped and very cosy. The balcony is the ideal place to have breakfast on. It offers an amazing view of the sea. It is just a short walk down to the beach. And the bus station to discover the surrounding area is just a stone‘s throw away. We would recommend to go and see Westbourne and Canford Cliffs. It is the perfect place to stay your holidays as a couple in Bournemouth.

The property owner was lovely, he was helpful with a good sence of humour. The property was clean and well presented and the bed was really comfortable, we really loved comming back to the apartment after travelling all over bits of Dorset. The property was central to Christchurch and Poole and other destinations on the" More bus" we got a weeks ticket.Would recommend this apartment and the owners communication. I will go back as i have a lot more to see.

View of ocean from balcony and hear the soothing sounds of waves!

This property has everything you need for a home away from home. Lots of storage to unpack your suitcases and feel like your home. It has a well equipped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. It’s easy to get to the beautiful beaches. We could see the beautiful ocean from the balcony. While we were there, we saw ships and surfers from our window. Kevin was very kind and responsive to any of our questions during our stay. We would go back!

Apartment was great for 2 people and location was convenient to Boscombe Pier. The carpark was small and tight though with very strict rules on who can park where for some reason. One of the residents got the hump when we parked in “thier space”

Kevin organised great weather

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this flat. It is well located and very well appointed. Everything you need in a well designed studio. Kevin is very helpful and called to check everything was ok, which it was. As an added bonus even the weather was great!

Great little place.

We had a great stay and were lucky with the weather. Kevin was very helpful. There’s on street parking but it can take longer to find a space if it’s a busy weekend. The flat is lovely, well appointed, great location, nice view and very comfortable.

It was a welcome break and the property was adequate for our needs. The parking was a bit of a problem but our host remedied that for us. All in all it was ok.

Pleasant break in seaside apartment

Well situated for beach between centre of town and Christchurch. All we needed to make ourselves at home. Owner went the extra mile to make us comfortable by bringing coffee pot. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Coastal retreat

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable, cosy, home from home. The owner was extremely helpful on our arrival, helping us to find a parking space and unload our luggage. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. We had a short walk to the beach, and the shops were only a 7 minuet walk away. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants about and the beautiful clean beach goes on for miles.

Super quiet appartment near the beach

Stayed 5 nights in this compact well decorated appartment. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. Kevin, the owner is extremely friendly and helpful, with tips about the local area and places to eat which were very useful. Supermarkets are in walking distance as is the very lovely sandy beach. Had a super 5 nights here and can highly recomend a stay if you are visiting Boscombe/Bournemouth.

Boscombe self-catering accommodation

Enjoyed my visit and Kevin was very helpful in moving my luggage from ground floor to studio flat with balcony (thankyou!!), for latter part of my stay. Flat was very nice & well furnished inside and good view of sea from balcony. Great location from which to visit local plus surrounding area. Can recommend visiting The Tank Museum at Bovington and Lulworth Cove/Durdle Door (fine weather permitting). Boscombe & Bournemouth both have plenty to offer, pubs/restaurants plus also not forgetting the Chines (particularly Boscombe Chine Gardens, which was very well presented & with local volunteers available - namely Dorset Devils). Can also recommend long walk from Boscombe East Cliff to Hengistbury Head, with fantastic views overlooking Christchurch Bay and towards IOW. All together a great time had, and hope to be back again at some time.

Perfect

Lovely flat ,beautifully clean, and comfortable.lKevin,the owner, was very helpful. There was tea,coffee, milk ,sugar and sweeteners waiting for us,so no rushing to the shops to get a things for a cuppa.
