Dear Cornelle, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our villa. We always appreciate honest feedback which helps us improve our guest experience. We will have the Villa checked next week and will increase the pots and pans. There should have been a cafetiere on site so we will hAve that double checked and replace if missing. Once again glad you enjoyed your stay, come back anytime. Best wishes June

What a lovely review Hazel, thank you for your kind words. We sometimes use the Taxi back, late evening, after walking down and are always surprised at just how plentiful and cheap they are. Not like where we live in the UK. I am so glad you all had a good time and look forward to having you back at some time. Best wishes June

Hi Ade, Thank you for such a nice and considered review. I am having a water heater fitted for the pool, so from the last week of September any future guests can look forward to a much warmer pool. I am glad that our agents Steve and Anna looked after you and reacted swiftly when needed and the plumbing is all sorted now. I think your tip about parking is useful for other guests. I’ve always just taken it for granted there is plenty of room right outside, but never thought it was important to mention, so I’m glad you did. Very glad you all enjoyed your holiday, and should you wish to come again you would of course be welcome back. Thanks again, Regards June

Hi Shirley Thank for your wonderful comments and excellent review. We have tried to make the villa as comfortable as possible, we have worked very hard to make sure all our guests would appreciate the furnishings as we would expect ourselves. We also appreciate you mentioning how clean the property is which is down to our agents Steve and Anna. If you are ever on the island again we hope you would consider staying at our villa again Regards June

Hi Andrew, it was good to hear that you thought so highly of the size and space, also the high end specification of the Villa. We've always wanted this to be a standard that we would enjoy holidaying at. In fact we were surprised that your review of the villa was so full of praise that we only got four stars until we read further. We see there was a problem in getting Taxis to come and fetch you at the villa but no problem with return journeys. We have no idea why this would be as we have never encountered a problem neither had other guests that had stayed. So don't know what caused this whilst you were there but will double check this when next out. We see you missed not having Air Conditioning, I know we don't advertise the Villa having it but I can understand with those exceptionally high August temperatures this year it was desired. We will look into a welcome pack but in the meantime we will improve our guidance to indicate the two supermarkets that are the closest and in the same general area as the Villa. Overall glad you had a great holiday and thank you for leaving us this helpful feedback. Warm Regards June.

Thank you very much for your kind review. It is fantastic that the heated pool ensures you can enjoy a lovely swim in the evening as well. Hartelijk dank voor uw vriendelijke recensie. Het is fantastisch dat het verwarmde zwembad ervoor zorgt dat u ook 's avonds heerlijk kunt zwemmen.
