Situated on the first floor (second floor for US readers) of a small warehousing building dating from the 1830's this apartment was gut renovated back to the walls recently and updated to a very high level.

The apartment comes with AC, TV, wireless internet, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, separate bathroom with shower and its own gas fired central heating. It is double glazed to keep the noise down and has its own entryphone. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and also a queen sofabed in the living room.
