Villa Nina is a two-floor holiday home in Tzanetata, a quiet little village 2 km. from the town of Sami.
The ground floor has a dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the living area doors lead to the beautiful garden and swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom.
The living area as well as both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The villa has a washing machine, satellite TV, DVD-player and WiFi.
The sofa in the living room can be turned into an extra bed.

This was our second visit to the villa and once again we had an amazing holiday. The villa is in a wonderful location and has stunning views. Spiros and his family are really welcoming and always happy to help if you need anything.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location. Beautiful pool area with a good-sized pool. The property enjoys fabulous views north and east across Sami to Northern Cefalonia and Ithaca. A short drive to Sami which has a wide choice of good restaurants plus supermarkets etc. Helpful and responsive owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This really is a hidden gem !! Wonderful clean property, with all amenities & well the hospitality is second to none, Spiros and his family are so lovely. Il Familia restaurant owned by Spiros is a must if your staying. Need a car to get around but like us you really won't be disappointed if your booked to stay here.

What a wonderful villa! We had a fantastic stay here and found the villa to be even better than we expected. Fabulous setting with gorgeous view, very clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay.Spiros and Takis were very helpful and quick to answer any questions and kindly left wine and water in the fridge as a nice start to our holiday.We had a car which is essential to explore. Sami, beaches and other attractions like Drogarati caves etc are only 5-10 mins in car but would not be easily walkable, plus itā€™s about 45 mins from airport.Great villa and lovely family. Weā€™d definitely stay again! Lovely villa and family. We were sad to leave!

Everything we wanted. No problems at all, great pool, properly equiped kitchen, amazing views, amazing sunsets, very quiet area, air con that actually works! Basically, we didnt want to leave. Thank you so much! And thank you to Spiros brother, such a nice guy. Also thank you to the cleaning lady!

Amazing stay and wonderful host

Villa Nina was absolutely perfect! It was spotlessly clean and lovingly maintained. The views were amazing and Sami is such a lovely place, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Spiros was very welcoming and couldnā€™t have been a better host. The food at his restaurant was delicious! We were very sad to leave and are definitely planning to return!

Enjoyable stay and friendly owner

The villa is nicely furnished and well equipped and the pool is lovely. Spiros and his team at his restaurant are kind and generous and made us feel very welcome. A car is essential as the villa is 5 minutes drive out of town, but the lhe location is an excellent base to explore the north and north west coast and to take the ferry to Ithaca.

Stunning Views

Delightful,well presented and equipped villa with beautiful views across the bay towards Ithaca. Spiros is a wonderful host and responds to any queries quickly via the VRBO app and together with his team, Kalina and Alex made us feel very welcome. He also owns the Il Familia restaurant, the best restaurant in Sami, where the food is delicious. Car essential for exploring.

Fantastic

The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, which is why I rated the accuracy of online listing as 3. The view is stunning and the villa is fully equipped with everything you need. The pool is brilliant as it isn't very deep so great for younger children. Spiros is a great host and exceptionally welcoming - thank you :). We had such a great time that we are going back next year.

Fabulous Villa - Wonderful host

We had the loveliest time at this villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing. really well equipped with everything you need. Spiros is the best host ever! He is so friendly and his restaurant. Il Familia down in Sami was the best we ate at. He and his staff, especially Alex & Kalina were fabulous. Five star reccommended.

Fabulous villa!

This is an amazing place to stay - even better than the photos! Spiros is an incredible host and a wonderful person! He, his family and his team at Il Familia went out of their way to make our stay really unforgettable.Their generosity, kindness and warmth, as well as the fantastic food at Il Familia, which has a wonderful view of the harbour, was incredible. We explored the island fully - Assos, Fiscardo, Myrtos and Antisamos beach, Agia Efemia, the monastery at Agios Gerasimos, as well as seeing turtles in the bay of Argostoli. These were all fantastic, but the best experience was the self-drive boat hire from Sami from Pirates, which was great for exploring hidden beaches and coves. However, relaxing in the villa with its amazing views of sea and mountains, perfect for dawns and sunsets, and relaxing in its incredible garden, with swallows, bouganvilleia and lavender - as well as meeting Spiros - was the absolute highlight of this holiday! I cannot recommend enough.

Wir haben uns in der Vila Nina von Anfang an sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Der Check In ging schnell von statten, der Vermieter Spiros und sein Bruder haben uns Ć¼beraus herzlich empfangen. Die Villa lƤsst keinen Wunsch offen, die Ausstattung ist super und der Pool und die Aussicht Aussicht grandios. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Fijn huis, op een rustige plek met een fantastisch uiticht

Het huis ligt op een heerlijk rustige plek op een paar minuten rijden van Sami met ruime keuze aan goede restaurants en winkels. Huis is zeer netjes en wordt goed schoongemaakt. Bij aankomst een zeer warm welkom bij het restaurant Il Familia wat van dezelfde eigenaar is. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht over de zee, bergen en Ithaka. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug !

Ein schƶner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Das Haus ist soweit gut ausgestattet, das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren GewĆ¼rzen wie Salz, Zucker usw. Ansonsten eine perfekte Lage um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Direkt am Haus gibt es schƶne Wege zum joggen oder wandern (es geht allerdings bergauf und ab). Der Pool hat eine schƶne GrĆ¶ĆŸe (ca. 8x4m). Der Vermieter ist super nett und gut zu erreichen.

Fabulous stay

The villa is everything we had hoped for. Beautiful accommodation with everything you needed. Peaceful location with such Spectacular views and Sami a delightful town. Our host Spyros was so kind and helpful, as were all his family, Kalina and Takis, and all the La Familia family. Spyros owns La Familia restaurant and the food is wonderful, best in town. We were very sad to leave and can thoroughly recommend Villla Nina.

The hardest part of our holiday was leaving this lovely house and amazing Island. The owner and his Family is so kind and welcoming and owns the best restaurant on the Island if not in Greece.

Wunderschƶner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war groƟartig. Sie lag ruhig in der NƤhe der Hafenstadt Sami. Mit dem Auto kann man von dort aus gut viele schƶne SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten und StrƤnde anfahren. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.

Piece of heaven

Just back from staying at this wonderful property, everything we hoped for and more, pictures don't do it justice at all. Really nicely decorated, everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outside space is gorgeous, lovely pool and sunbeds, the gazebo is ideal to relax in out of the sun, and the views, wow! Spiros the owner cannot do enough for you, can highly recommend his restaurant il familia in Sami, right by the water. We hope to return next year unusual for us to return to the same place but that's how special this one is

Fabulous Villa With A Lovely View Over Sami Bay

Villa Nina is located in Katapodata, just a few kilometres outside Sami. It is perfect for couples or families of four, and has a breathtaking view over the Sami Bay. It is well equipped, with hotel quality furniture, and a private pool, complete with a pagoda and barbecue. The owner, Spyros, who also has the Il Familia restaurant in Sami, is very attentive to your needs, and responds quickly to any queries using the VRBO app. My wife and I spent a gorgeous three weeks at the villa, and spent about a third of our time there - the other two thirds on day trips going around the island. The nearest significant beach is Anti Samos, where Captain Corelli's Mandolin was filmed. A car is pretty essential here. Highly recommended.
