Located in the heart of Trapani's old town, this delightful apartment is just steps away from the sea, the port, and charming pedestrian streets. The location is ideal for exploring the city with every comfort at hand.

Inside, the space is bright and air-conditioned.
The apartment, completely renovated in 2008, consists of a wide living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Additionally, guests have access to a private terrace of 32 square meters, perfect for dining outdoors or relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The decor is enhanced by paintings created by Carlotta and the original floors in cement mortar and grit, typical of the Trapani tradition.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
It is possible to rent three bicycles, one of which has a child seat, to better explore the historic center and the rest of the city.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and we were there for 8 days, so very happy to have a full kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a washing machine. Alessandro met us with a smile, helped us carry our luggage up the stairs, and explained the apartment. The only time I had a question Carlotta got back to me right away.The location was perfect - short walk to a very nice beach with calm waters and never overly crowded.The entryway to the building was dark, with no lighting, and the stairs (approx. 30) were steep - other than that, the apartment was a good fit for us and we loved Trapani and our day trips to Erice, Marsala and the salt flats.

Our vacation there was great, we liked the apartment very much. The location is nice and the apartment has everything you need. We found everything we needed in the kitchen too, so we cooked a lot and had nice evenings on the terrace.

good location

Very warm and helpful greeting. Apartment is a five minute walk from bus stop at port. It is spacious and everything worked well. A quiet street opposite the swank Hotel St Michele. Would stay again. (*Note: a fabulous fish shop around the corner on Corso Italia -- freshest seafood that you can cook in the apartment!)

Très bon séjour dans un appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, extrêmement bien placé dans le centre historique. La boulangerie à proximité est excellente. La terrasse à l’étage est vraiment agréable le soir. La communication avec Ortensia était parfaite.

Close to all the action

We found the apartment roomy and very clean. It was so central to all the city attractions and the boat terminals for our day trip to the islands. Ortensia was very helpful when we asked questions. If we come back to Trapani we would stay here again

Perfect location in Trapani

The apartment is spacious and very well appointed, with a large and pleasant roof terrace. It was very clean and bright, tastefully decorated with Ortensia’s paintings. It has retained the local charm and feels homely. Although central, it is very quiet. The location is perfect, very near the port for a ferry to the islands, the city centre and the bus terminal to most big cities. The train station is just a fifteen minute walk away. It would be difficult to find a better location in Trapani. Ortensia has left a lot of brochures and information I the apartment, and was always available for help or advice. Thank you Ortensia for our memorable stay in your beautiful apartment.

Appartamento confortevole in una ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 18 al 25 giugno e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. L'appartamento è semplice ma molto confortevole essendo dotato di condizionatori, zanzariere alle finestre, cucina completamente accessoriata e nuova, tv , freezer. Ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la posizione veramente strategica. Infatti si trova in un vicolo a ridosso del centro storico e a due passi dagli imbarchi per le isole in zona interdetta al traffico. Questo significa silenzio nelle ore notturne e in cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge il cuore della "movida" trapanese. Oltretutto nel raggio di cento metri troviamo: ottimi ristoranti, gastronomia, 2 panifici, farmacia, tabaccaio, e soprattutto possibilità di parcheggio per l'auto. Insomma pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno e incantati da una splendida città che non immaginavamo fosse così bella e piena di vita.

Beautiful flat with an authentic atmosphere, a perfect point to start your holiday.

The flat has got beautiful floors and very nice paintings made by the owner. The instructions Carlotta made for her guests are better than any tour guide. We picked the listed restaurants and we were never dissapointed. The children found a new home, everyone was very friendly. If you search for an authentic place, with bikes, in an old part of the city, then this is the best choice. Thank you Carlotta!!!

Ideal location

For tourists who want to discover Trapani this flat is perfectly situated. It's only a few minutes walk from the main shopping boulevard and even less to a small supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the port. We found the flat clean and well equipped. The bathroom and kitchen have been completely renovated. And we were impressed by the personal touch of Carlotta's beautiful paintings which adorned the rooms. Communication with the owners was excellent. Carlotta and Pompeo were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was a comfortable one. They supplied plenty of useful information about Trapani and the surrounding area. On arrival - although it was late in the evening - we did not have to wait for Sgr Lippari, who accompanied us to the flat. We spent a wonderful week in Trapani. Thank you, Carlotta and Pompei!

Sehr gute Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Sehr hübsch sind die Fliesenböden. In unmittelbarer Nähe (200 m im Umkreis) befinden sich 3 kleine Supermärkte, eine sehr gut Bäckerei und toller Metzger, bei dem man auch fertige Gerichte bzw. Hähnchen vom Spiess bekommen kann. Strand und Fußgängerzone sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wer Interesse an Schiffen hat, findet im Hafen immer wieder Kreuzfahrtschiffe, die in Trapani vor Anker gehen.

Tolle Altstadtwohnung mit Terasse mitten in Trapani

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines älteren Hauses im Zentrum von Trapani. Der Zutritt zum Haus erfolgt über eine schmale Nebengasse und liegt direkt gegenüber von einem kleinen Hotel. Wie für Altbauwohnungen typisch sind die Räume sehr hoch und die alten sehr schönen Fliessen verbreiten einen eigenen Charme. Das Bad und die Küche sind neu ausgebaut und befinden sich in einem guten Zustand. Ein Stock höher befindet sich eine grosse Terrasse, die nur für die Mieter der Wohnung zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Trapani zu entdecken und bietet zudem die Möglichkeit einen ruhigen Tag auf der Terrasse zu geniessen.

Excellent apartment in the historical center

We were staying in the apartment for two weeks, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is very charming, in the historical center of Trapani, and has everything that is required for a family with two kids. Kitchen is all equipped, tv is in place, it is air conditioned etc. It was very clean and neat, and the hosts Pompeo and Carlotta were very helpful with their advice. The fish market was just amazing with its fresh tuna and sword fish :) The bakery just arround the corner was awesome, and "Tratoria del Corso| was an absolute joy :) Thanks also to Mr. Pino, who has welcomed us in the apartment, even it was a very late nigh, and we weren't too focused :) Thanks for the great holiday!!!

Large, central, comfortable, well equipped

We enjoyed our stay here, as the apartment is comfortable and large, and very well located near all the main places in the old town. While it's in a back street, and thus quiet at night, you can easily get to shops, free parking, stations and many excellent places to eat. All arrangements went smoothly, and we would certainly recommended this apartment as good value and well run.

Perfect

We had a wonderful holiday in your wonderful apartment. There was all that was needed, dishwasher, AC and washer. It is a nice and relaxing atmosphere of the old town, close to shops and the local bakery. We borrowed bikes and it was a perfect way to explore Trapani and surroundings, it was a few mil :) Everything worked perfectly. This was the first visit to Sicily, but not the last ... L'appartement de Carlotta et Pompeo est très bien. En plus les propriétaires parlent français et sont très gentils , un plus pour organiser son voyage, l'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos, propre, bien conçu. Idéal pour couple avec un ou deux enfants. La situation est parfaite car près des commerces, boulangerie , superette, et du centre ville, du port. Nous avons m^mes pris le bus de l’aéroport qui mène à quelques 300 ou 400 m de l'appartement ( arrêt en face agence egatour), 4.7 € par personne. enfant de 3 ans gratuit. Il y a m^me des vélos si on veut , avec un siège bébé. c'est la première fois que nous passions par homelidays et nous sommes ravis .

l'appartement se trouve au centre historique de trapani à 20 metres du port,à 100/150 metre de la gare et la gare routiere ; pas besoin d'avoir une voiture, aucun bruit tres tranquille car l'appartement se trouve dans une petite rue pietone l'appartement est tres propre au 2eme etage conforme à l'annonce,la literie est bonne on peut dormir tranquillement,autour de l'appartement il y a 3/4 superette pour faire les courses et un tres bon boulanger que nous vous recommandons l'equipement est parfait l'acces est facile vraiment rien a dire nous remercions carlotta et pompeo de l'aide apporté pour le bon deroulement de notre sejour merci encore famille behar daniele paris nb nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés
