Lucas' House, offers an extraordinary atmosphere of tranquility and a spectacular view, from the existing large Balcony. (It is a second floor without elevator). This beautiful luxurious house is conveniently located a small distance from the Meia Praia beach (1,7 Km.) , Marina de Lagos (0,8Km.), and about 1Km from historic downtown. This is located at Varandas de S. João, in a quite residential condo, with a lot of trees and green envolvent. This air conditioned apartment features an outdoor communal pool and you have free parking nearby. This apartment is complete with full size kitchen, two bathrooms, with dryers, a living room, two bed rooms (one with a queen size bed and the other one with two single beds) and a safety box. Under request, can be provided an extra single bed and/or a baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, ironing board and iron and everything you will need to feel at home. Regarding living room, you have cable TV and free WIFI. You have also Internet TV, with access to UK, France Spain, Deutchland and Portugal TV chanels, films and sports. Yet, you have a Playstation 4, with 3 games,blue ray dvd and a multimedia central with an external disk, with music and films. The bedrooms are very confortable, with TV, and linen and towels are provided. This apartment as been professional designed to make you feel relaxed. Come and enjoy an unforgetable stay.

Wonderful apartment and was easy to travel around the area to see all the sights by car.

Parking was literally right outside our door and we were close to all the beautiful sites of the area ❤️

Het was een heel fijn appartement met alles wat wee nodig hadden.

We hebben genoten, we zijn lekker tot rust gekomen en alle activiteiten waren dicht in de buurt. De foto's komen overeen met wat we aantroffen. Het contact met de verhuurder via berichten verliep zeer snel. Zeker een aanrader.

Lagos with friends

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were as pictured and there were only a few little things that needed attention or repair but nothing urgent. We loved the east facing deck for coffee in the morning and playing cards in the evenings. The only complaint we had was that the location was not as indicated on the VRBO website. It is shown as being in the old city whereas it is actually located northwest of the marina near the McDonalds.

Service/Betreuung Auch wenn wir nur zweimal Kontakt zu Susanna hatten, die für die Gästebetreuung zuständig war, so können wir sagen, dass der Service sehr gut war. Wir kamen in Lagos am Abend an und hatten Schwierigkeiten unser Haus zu finden. Angehalten an einer Schule nicht weit von unserer Adresse haben wir Susanna angerufen. In wenigen Minuten war sie da und hat uns zu unserer Adresse gelotst. Während unseres 12-tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde einmal gereinigt und Handtücjer gewechselt. Susanna hat uns vorher per SMS über den Reinigungstermin informiert. Lage Die Lage des Apartments war ok. Natürlich wäre man gerne etwas dichter an die Innenstadt und an die Strände, aber ca. 20-minütiger Spaziergang nach dem Essen in einem der gemütlichen Restaurants in der Innenstadt fanden wir letztendlich nicht unbedingt nachteilig. Bis zur Marine mit einem ziemlich grossen Angebot an Gastronomie waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Noch dichter war ein sehr guter Supermarket Pingo Doce. Etwas enttäuschend fanden wir am Anfang die Lage fast direkt neben einer McDonalds Filiale und nicht weit entfernte gut befahrene Strasse mit zwei Kreiseln links und rechts. Der Lärmpegel war dementsprechend relativ hoch. Dazu muss man aber sagen, diese Wahrnehmung ist subjektiv und der Geräuschpegel kann von jemand anderem anders empfunden werden. Nach ein Paar Tagen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und es hat uns nicht wirklich gestört. Darüber hinaus war die Fensterisolierung sehr gut, so dass bei geschlossenen Terassentüren im Apartment sehr ruhig war. Appartement Das Appartement Lucas House war hochwertig eingerichtet, verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, war sehr sauber. Das Haus an sich machte auch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Allerdings waren in der Zeit nur wenige Bewohner da. Das zum Haus gehörende ca. 96 qm grosse Swimming Pool wurde praktisch nur von uns genutzt. Bei der Wasserqualität und der Sauberkeit des Swimming Pools war nichts zu bemängeln. Das Appartement verfügt über eine große Terrasse, die wir sehr gern genutzt haben. Wir können das Appartement sowohl für kurzen als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Fabulous apartment

This apartment is beautifully decorated and has all that you would need to be self sufficient during your stay. José and his wife were straight around with a new sun bed when the original one failed. You cannot ask better than that. It is a very quiet area but within 15-20 minutes walk to the old town or in fact the most amazing beach. There is a MacDonalds to the left of the building that did cause us some concern but we need not have worried because there was no noise or smell. The Algarve is beautiful, the people welcoming and on our visit, the sun was shining from wall to wall.

I' m a business man in the turism area, and I also have other apartments very near of the beach, in Aljezur (Monte Clérigo beach). I share my life between Lisbon, Lagos and Aljezur.

It was love at first sight. When I saw the fantastic Balcony and the view over town, I was fascinated. Than I liked very much the living room. The envolvent area is very quiet, with lots of trees and green, meaning this the apartment is located in a condo almost private. Than, the comunal pool was the last item that I have considered to buy this property.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

As I told before, in the summer nights, is fantastic to have a drink in the very large Balcony and whatch the views over town. In addition, we can have meals in this Balcony, since we have a large table with 6 places. Yet,we have a grill. This is a air conditioned apartment, meaning this that, in Summer or Winter you have always the perfect temperature. In the pool, we have four sun loungers, to relaxe and get sun. The kids love it. Come and see by yourself
