The apartment consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms sleeping 4 in total, bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. It is modern, fully furnished and equipped with a big flat screen TV, iPod docking station, DVD and CD player, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, iron, iron board, hair-dryer etc.

A net book with mobile Internet connection is provided to the quests in the apartment. Additionally, two mobile phones are available on a pay card basis to avoid expensive roaming charges.

Absolutely perfect stay!

Ingela was a perfect host who met us upon our arrival to show us around the home and highlight some features of the neighbourhood. The home is exactly as described and was incredibly clean. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Vienna again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

There are not enough praises for this VRBO. Best one we have stayed in! Very roomy, clean, fully equipped and with a wonderful host who makes every effort to ensure a smooth welcome process and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!

Great Apartment, Great Location

This is a wonderful, well-located apartment with easy access to public transportation, neighborhood restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment had everything we needed in terms of kitchen and bath amenities. The host was great. She supplied us with a lot of helpful information for navigating Vienna as a visitor. I would definitely stay here again.

Worked great for us!

Super clean, convenient, safe, across the street from U4 station and grocery store. Loved this apartment and would stay here again. Ingela was wonderful with helpful hints and support as well.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und die Abstimmung war reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet. Frisches Obst, Bücher, Duschgel und vieles mehr kann man woanders lange suchen. Die U-Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke und man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Leider ist die Gegend etwas schmuddelig.

Clean, functional and close to the underground

Clean, functional apartment and comfortable for our family of four. Owner Ingela was on vacation but arranged help to receive us and send us off. She was super responsive and it is apparent she cares deeply about her customers as is evident from the cell phones and laptop she makes available. Had some trouble with TV and washer/dryer but found a workaround and Ingela was available by WhatsApp.. Apartment is located on 3rd floor and if using stairs at night there is no light on the staircase till you get to the 3rd floor. It is well located. You come up from the underground and cross a road and you are at the apartment. Only one stop from Schonbrunn if you chose not to walk. Overall a good experience.

the apartment was very nice and extremely well furnished and equiped

the apartment was conveniently located to cafes, restaurants, and stores. U-bahn connections to the rest of the city were easy. the landlord was very helpful with Wi-Fi and supplied cell phones for our use. everything in the apartment was excellent including the washer-drier. the house keeper was very helpful.

Good

The apartment is clean, comfortable and full of amenities. The location is great. The subway station is nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants. I am giving this apartment four stars because we had a hard time settling in. The instructions were confusing and there was no one to help us out. Also, the elevator was out of order although Ingela had said that we could take that elevator. In addition, the instructions for the washer/dryer were unclear. Although Ingela said she was available through the Internet or phone calls, it would have been nice to have someone present to solve the problems we had.

Gorgeous apartment, great owner, awesome location

Incredible. Pristine (clean, looked nearly new) interior. Two bedrooms and a well-appointed living room and kitchen. They left fresh fruit for us, and some chocolates on the pillows. Immaculate—completely clean. Well decorated. AC worked wonders. Washer/Dryer worked perfectly, soap of all types were there. They left cell phones for our use as needed. 5 minutes’ walk from the underground, and only 3-5 underground stops from central Vienna. The wifi is strong, but one evening, upon our return, it had stopped working. The owner, Ingela, who has three-four units for rent in this building, was on vacation, but she had told us to call if we had any problems. Using the cell phones she left us, we called her, and she answered, even on vacation, then reached out to her local handyman who fixed the problem within a few hours. She even gave us a backup emergency wifi connection while we waited just in case. In the end we ended up paying $USD 10 to our phone carrier for hotspot wifi since we needed to, and she deducted this from our charges. Very fair, and highly responsive. She really cares about her guests. Her arrival instructions were very detailed and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and this owner (Ingela). If we return to Vienna, we’ll stay here.

Well furnished modern apartment with a super host !!!

We were a family of 5 Adults and 1 infant. The apartment was well furnished and spacious. Its located close to a metro station and Schonbrunn Palace is also walkable. There are supermarkets close to the apartment. The apartment had much more than we could ask for. Ingela was really helpful, since we had an early arrival she helped us to store our luggage's until we had the apartment to ourselves. She even helped us to move our bags to the apartment. Phones provided by Ingela during our stay was very helpful. Overall great apartment and a super host !!! Would definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to visit Vienna.

Complete and nice apartment

The building is more or less dated, but the apartment is exactly as on the pictures. It is very nice and very clean, complete with all facilities like furniture and equipment you might need. Ingela is truly reliable and does everything she can, to make your stay very pleasant. You will even receive a present from her after your arrival. I would recommend this property without any hesitation to everybody.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung (alles schwedischer Stil), sehr gut vorbereitet, sehr nette Vermieterin, verkehrstechnisch (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) sehr günstig gelegen,3 min. zum Schloss Schönbrunn, 10 min in die Innenstadt. Strassenumfeld vielleicht nicht übermässig freundlich aber sauber und sicher wirkend. Zu beachten sind die in Wien gegenüber Deutschland etwas ungünstigeren Öffnungszeiten von Geschäften und Ausflugszielen. Ausführliche Informationen auch hierzu sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Beautiful!

Ingelas apartment is perfect if you want a conveniently located and extremely quiet, spotless apartment while in Vienna. U /Bahn is close .... everything is very clean and nice. You also get mobil phone which u can use while u are in Vienna *perfect idea..The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom and shower are top. I don't think i've ever stayed at a nicer place... I'd stay there again and i recommend it to anyone asking about a place to stay in Vienna. p.s. The owner Ingela is very nice, taking good care and always there for her guests. We had a great time.. 4 girls from Belgrade

Einfach perfekt!

Wir waren über Silvester in Wien und nach längerem Suchen bin ich auf die Appartements von Frau J. gestoßen. Wir können wirklich nur Gutes über das App. 2 für 2 Personen berichten: aus dem vorhandenen Platzangebot hat die Vermieterin stilsicher das Maximum herausgeholt! Gepflegt, sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um auch mal sich selbst zu verpflegen, anstatt jede Mahlzeit auswärts zu sich zu nehmen. Ganz große Pluspunkte: ein bereitliegendes Netbook, frei nutzbares WLAN (auch für das eigene Smartphone) und sogar ein Handy mit österr. Flatrate, sofern man kostenlos diverse Reservierungen oder Auskünfte tätigen möchte! HERVORRAGEND! Ebenfalls unschlagbar: kein Aufpreis über die Feiertage, was ich nach langer Suche im Internet kaum für möglich gehalten hätte (andere verlangen z. B. über Silvester bis zu 80 % Mieterhöhung...)! Der Kontakt mit Frau J. war völlig unkompliziert und superfreundlich! =) Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr gut aufgehoben, was m. E. ebenfalls großen Einfluss auf eine Wohnungsentscheidung hat! Fazit: ohne Bedenken absolut zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und 2 Teenager, waren in den Sommerferien für eine Woche in Wien und haben im Appartment 1 gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und in einem top Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, es standen uns sogar ein Netbook mit freiem Internetzugang und zwei Handys zur Verfügung. Das war sehr praktisch. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, da der Stadtkern in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen ist. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Sie hat für uns auch einen preiswerten Taxi-Transfer vom und zum Flughafen organisiert und uns mit einem Obstkorb und etwas Süßem für die Kinder überrascht. Die von Ihr zusammengestellten Infos mit empfehlenswerten Restaurants, Einkaufs-, Besichtigungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr hilfreich gewesen. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

This makes it easy to book for groups as well. You can choose from studio apartments for 1-2 persons, up to 3bedroom apartments sleeping 8-10 persons.

The main reason why I decided to invest in apartments in this particular building is because of the perfect infrastructure.
* Walking distance to Austria´s most visited tourist site: Palace Schönbrunn.
* Right on the underground line U4 Meidling Hauptstrasse which is a direct line to the heart of the city (Karlsplatz/Oper) in 10min.
* Direct bus line to the city center Hofburg Winter Palace.
