On the border between Oostduinkerke and Nieuwpoort, in the quiet, traffic-free "Sunparks" vacation park, just 800 m from the beach, lies the cozy fisherman's cottage "Het Toeval," where up to 4 people can unwind in true cottage style. The vacation home is privately owned, yet you can still enjoy all of Sunparks’ facilities.

The home has been completely renovated and offers the following amenities:

* a spacious living room with digital TV, radio, and free wireless internet
* a cozy dining area
* a kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment
* a bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed (box spring)
* a bedroom with a bed measuring (2 x 80 cm) for 2 people
* a beautiful bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet
* an outdoor storage shed (including bike storage)
* a beautiful, fully fenced, child-friendly garden with a patio, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, and a BBQ

You may load and unload your luggage upon arrival and departure by parking your car in front of the house, but to maintain the peace and quiet of the resort, we kindly ask that you park your car in the parking lot afterward. Just a few steps from our cottage, there is a reserved parking spot for you on the resort grounds that belongs to our vacation home.

The property is strictly non-smoking. Smoke detectors are installed. Although we are animal lovers, pets are not allowed!

On your arrival date, you are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 p.m.; on your departure date, you must vacate the cottage by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
