It sleeps 4/6 people in 2 spacious double bedrooms; both with king size beds and a double bed-settee in the corner of the extra-large dining/living room.
The property also has a kitchen & breakfast area. In the kitchen there is a Senseo coffee machine and a normal filter coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower room.
Most people however, prefer the conservatory and terrace areas where you can choose to dine or relax under the shelter of the glass conservatory or in the sunshine on the terrace. The terrace area not only provides space for dining but you can also relax and sunbathe privately.
The front of the apartment has breathtaking views of the River Herault and city of Agde, whilst the rear views are onto the neighbouring vineyards.
The sandy Mediterranean beach is easily accessed by foot, bicycle or car as it is only 3.5km away at the mouth of the river.
Secure parking is available within the complex.
This apartment is centrally heated so is ideal for low season breaks. There is air condition in the living room.

With Béziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from various locations.
