Pond Cottage is a delightful converted barn near Stithians, set in 2.5 acres of garden with picturesque pond and stream, in the owners own home. The property sleeps two people, with one step up to the bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, and open plan living area with wood burning stove, contemporary kitchen and one step up to the dining area. The large garden is beautiful with lawn and patio with garden furniture and barbecue, pond and stream, with off road parking for 2 cars and two steps up to entrance of the property. Within 7 miles of Falmouth resort, Pond Cottage is a super venue for couples seeking a restful holiday.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. of rent. Bed linen and towels inc. of rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, patio, grounds with pond and stream. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 20 mins walk. Pub 20 mins walk. Note: No children over 2 accepted. Note: There is shared usage of an EV charger at this property (additional charges apply, please contact Owner to discuss). Note: For bookings between April - September only a Friday check in and 7 night minimum is allowed
