This cottage with immense character is located in a hamlet just 4 miles from the coastal town of Padstow and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Trenouth cottage is a warm appealing property which sits in a hamlet just 4 miles from the infamous coastal town of Padstow. The property sleeps six people and has one super king (zip/link to twin on request) bedroom, a double and a twin room with a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The sitting room also has a dining area and a wood burning stove for cosy nights in, as well as a utility room. Outside is a large enclosed lawned garden with barbecue and garden furniture, off road parking for two cars and storage in the garage for bikes. Just a short drive from the coast and some amazing North coast beaches, this family cottage is a real treat.
Amenities: Oil central heating with wood burning stove (starter pack provided only). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for two cars. Garage for bike storage. Lawned garden with furniture and charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 4 miles. Pub 2.5 miles. Note: Please do not allow pets on the furniture or upstairs. Note: This property does not accept any short break between the 1st of June till the 5th September
