Beautiful Lake Powell Custom Vacation Home

We are so happy to offer to you our 1,950 sq. ft. custom home featuring brand new kitchen appliances, new carpet, and new furnishings throughout. Equipped with fully furnished laundry facilities to make your stay worry free. Master suite includes king bed, separate shower and tub, and French doors to a private balcony with mountain and lake views. Open floor plan is great for entertaining and or just relaxing. Quiet cul-de-sac offers boat and garage parking. Backyard features custom gazebo, brand new gas grill and patio furniture. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom offers two full beds, both with full size mattresses. Fourth bedroom is a day bed with trundle mattress. The living room is equipped with a floor sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. We love our house and know that you will too. Thank you for considering our home for your next vacation.

- We welcome service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guests are not required to pay a pet fee or deposit for a service animal. However, guests remain responsible for any damages, excessive wear, or extraordinary cleaning that may be required due to the presence of a service animal. If additional cleaning beyond our standard turnover is needed (e.g., pet hair removal from furniture, odors, or accidents), the actual cost of that cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Great location close to many activities and downtown Page. Loved the book with a list of things to do nearby, we ended up renting a pontoon boat on Sunday and spent the day on the lake and it was such a smooth process. House was very clean and was well supplied with anything you may need.

This house was perfect for our family Lake Powell trip. The host the host Tanzia forwarded an Amazon package back to our home when it arrived late after we had left! So kind of her to do that! I would give 6 stars if possible!

Perfect Stay – Clean, Comfy, and Fully Stocked!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! The home was exactly as described—super clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group, down to the foil and ziplock bags, which was such a nice touch. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet close to everything we needed. Having access to the garage was a major plus too. You can tell the hosts really care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place—it was excellent from start to finish!

Nice property for a large family

Overall the house was exactly what we needed. Many amenities and plenty of room. The Kitchen was a little cramped to work in with a large group but functional. The Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, except extra trash bags and a large cutting board for food prep. The house in general and kitchen appliances were not as clean as we would expect, upon arrival, but this was, according to the Host, due to the regular cleaning service was not available and a temp was used. The Host graciously made some compensation. The outside grill and backyard is a nice area for grilling. The large bench-style dining table was great for family meals. The beds were comfortable, but additional bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes would have been nice. Parking was more than adequate and the garage was nice to park in. Overall our stay was enjoyable and the neighborhood location was great. Contact with the Host, was at times delayed, but they did respond in time.

Lovely

True to the Vrbo promise of ‘home away from home’ … a lovely house spacious well provided for clean and close to all the activity the brings you to page . Very responsive and thoughtful owners. In a safe quiet neighborhood that has a wonderful lookout point… I couldn’t help but be up 4.30 am every morning of my stay for the most magnificent sunrise… and insta worthy sunsets and moon rises….!!! We had a great time.

Convenience and Nice

Nice place to stay in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Very close to local attractions. Kitchen fully stocked with lots of pots and pans for cooking. The only inconvenience was that the small bedroom upstairs did not have access to any bathroom. You have to either go thru the master bedroom or go downstairs for it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Fantastic Stay, excellent customer service

We had the pleasure of staying at this property from 26/12 to 28/12/23, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was not only incredibly spacious but also well organized, providing a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. We were highly impressed by the host’s attentiveness, detailed directions, and follow- up I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful stay. A big thanks to the host for allowing us to enjoy their property and for the warm welcome.

One of the better homes in Page

The house is clean, has all the items you need in a home, location is prefect, much nicer part of the town. Furniture was cute. A/C rocked the entire time. Parking was enough for boat, 3 other trucks plus garage parking. House stayed cool day and night, has good vibe. Now for page this house is a 4 1/2 out of 5. But compare to other homes outside of Page it’s a 3. It’s outdated. TV was small. Mattress not so comfy, towels are small and hard. There was nothing great about the property.really needed kitchen sponge and dish soap. They do leave dishwasher detergent. The 2nd room on top floor is tiny. The two beds in bottom room is crowded. But it all works . Host is friendly, professional and did provide lots of convenient items from crockpot, griddle, seasonings,laundry, even a grill. I did visit several friends rental in the area, this one was one of the nicer ones.

Amtelope Canyon Get Away

Overall the house was clean and well kept. I really appreciated the natural checical free products that were offered in the home. I have so many chemical allergies and it saved me from having to purchase anything. The only problem we had was on the second night. It was very hot in the house and the AC was pushing warm air. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the home.

Ambo House (the a is pronounced with the ah sound) is named after the birthplace of our daughter. In 2006 we adopted our very own Ethiopian Princess. She was 5 months old at the time, and she is now a very happy and healthy nine year old. We traveled to Ambo, Ethiopia and discovered a spa town west of the Ethiopian capitol city of Addis Ababa which boasts crater lakes, flowers, and beautiful waterfalls. Ambo is a getaway destination for Ethiopians wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. We thought Ambo House would be the perfect name for our Page Vacation Home because we will always be connected to the birthplace of our daughter as well as Lake Powell.
Julie is a healthcare provider and Aaron is an elementary school teacher. Although our jobs took us away from Page after 11 years, we loved our house too much to let it go. Now we would like to share our house and love of Lake Powell with you.
