This converted stable block is near to the village of Helland, Cornwall, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Higher Kernick Stable is a converted stable block surrounded by stunning rural landscape. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin with the bonus of a balcony. Downstairs there is a family bathroom and also open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A steep spiral staircase joins to the first floor. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard and a grass paddock. Higher Kernick Barn is located within easy distance of Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor this is ideal for walkers, cyclists or just a family looking to explore this beautiful county.
Amenities: Underfloor heating ground floor, storage heaters first floor. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Sky and DVD player. Amazon Echo, iPod dock. WiFi. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Allocated parking for 2 cars on a gravel surface. Enclosed paved courtyard and enclosed grass paddock. One dog welcome. Electric car charging dock powered by solar panels - free for guest use. Sorry no smoking on site. Pub 2 miles.
