Located right on Paseo Jaime I, in the heart of Salou. It is one of our best rated accommodations for its unbeatable location and its facilities.



And the views are SPECTACULAR. It is a penthouse and has a huge terrace with panoramic views of the promenade and Llevant beach.



It also has a large communal area with swimming pools, sun loungers, parasols and fun inflatables for children.

- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability. Add it at the end of your booking at a special price. It is difficult to park in Salou in high season and if you book at reception it will be more expensive.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

We had another great holiday!

We came here for the 4th time and had another great holiday in a beautiful location. Everything was perfectly arranged. Nice and big balcony and a nice sea view.The service and communication with UHC was also perfect. We will definitely be back again next year!

Wonderfull view and nice appartment.

The view was ecxcellent. Big sleeping rooms and living. Kitchen very basic and little. For such a great terrace with view it would be fine if there was a little shadow in the afternoon so you can sit outside with the heat of the sun. There was nothing for making shadow on the big terrace.

This property could so easily be excellent but is just let down by lake of standard features you would expect. Location and parking is great, balcony and view is amazing and the property is a good size. But no Wi-Fi, hairdryer, shower is an over the bath type which is not good and the water tank is so small it one shower and it’s cold showers for anyone after. This just needs updating, and a bit of thought and this would be a property they could easily charge more for

Over priced and poor quality

If you’re looking for a great apartment and not just a great terrace I’d give this one a miss. The flat itself is VERY basic. I’ve no objection to a bit of IKEA furniture but what’s there is tatty, stained and peeling melamine. The bed covers had holes and the kitchen is useless. I tried using the kettle and toaster at the same time and blew the fuse. It was also dirty on our arrival. They offer to send in cleaning staff but that’s not really the point; it should have been done before we arrived. On the plus side it’s in a great spot as the beach is wider and quieter than nearer the town but there are plenty of other apartment complexes to choose from so I’d fore go the appeal of the terrace that has no shade and pass this one by.

Excellent emplacement au coeur de Salou

Emplacement génial et superbe vue depuis la grande terrasse. La propreté de l'appartement à notre arrivée notamment du sol était moyenne (pas mal de poils comme d'un animal domestique), l'équipement de l'appartement reste assez basique (notamment en cuisine), la machine à laver était remplie d'eau à notre arrivée et enfin il manquait un étendoir pour faire sécher le linge (que nous avons pu récupérer au bureau Universalholiday le lendemain, une livraison sur place aurait été appréciée). Malgré cela nous avons apprécié la réactivité d'Universalholiday et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci !

Beautiful place for a stay in Salou.

The view from the terrace is fantastic and the location is very nice. The kitchen is very little, there was no drying rack for the towels (last year there was one) and there should be some protection for the sun at the terrace.

Apartamento con una excelente ubicación y una gran terraza

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado junto al paseo marítimo y la playa, además dispone de amplia terraza con espectaculares vistas. El apartamento tiene un tamaño ideal para una pareja con niños y la disponibilidad de acceso a la piscina del hotel adjunto está muy bien también, así como la posibilidad de disponer de plaza de garaje. Agradecemos también el servicio técnico que nos resolvió los problemas que tuvimos con la TV de una forma eficaz y rápida. Probablemente el mobiliario de la terraza podría estar más completo (sombrilla, sofá y sillas de terraza) que lo haría más acogedor y cómodo, y la cocina también es un poco antigua y con los utensilios justos, sería interesante disponer al menos de escurridor de vajilla y cajones para los cubiertos.

Schönes Apartment, leider mit heftigem Wasserschaden

Wir haben das Objekt im Oktober zwei Wochen gemietet. Der Blick ist perfekt. Von Anfang an sind uns ältere Wasserschäden aufgefallen, haben uns aber nichts weiter dabei gedacht. Starker Regen und verstopfte Abflüsse auf der ca. 120 qm großen Dachterasse führten dann eines Nachts zu einer Überflutung des Schlafzimmers und des Wohnzimmers. Wir haben 3 Stunden mit 4 Leuten gebraucht, um das ca. 10 Zentimeter hohe Wasser aus dem Apartment zu bekommen. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich die Ursache, die verstopften Abflüsse auf der Terasse, mit Brotmesser und einer Holzleiste notdürftig freibekommen, sodass endlich die Wassermassen abfließen konnten. Nachts war bei Universal Holiday Centre niemand zu erreichen. Die Feuerwehr vertröstete uns mit Überlastung. Ja, es waren starke Regenfälle. Die Ursache war aber nicht höhere Gewalt, sondern die nicht gewarteten Abflüsse auf der Terasse. Wir warten bis heute auf die Rückzahlung unserer Kaution. Für die Nacht und die noch folgenden 3 Tage in einem leicht feuchten Apartment habe ich Universal Holiday Centre um eine angemessene Entschädigung gebeten. Die Umgebung, der Blick, das Meer waren klasse.

Enjoyable stay

There is no doubt that the main feature of the apartment is the huge terrace, we were blown away by the size of it and the fabulous views that you get of the whole promenade, the sea and the mountains. It also faces the right way for some beautiful sunsets - it was fabulous sitting on the roof with a drink or too watching the sun go down. The apartment itself although fairly basic was fully functional, the layout was good and it had a light, airy feel to it. We felt very safe having electric metal shutters that you could close during the day and night and key access was required for the main front door and door to the 7th floor landing. The only niggles we had were a small ant infestation that we had to keep sweeping out and the beach towels that we had requested to hire from Universal Holiday Centre weren't in the apartment on arrival and we were told we had to pick them up from their office which was a 15 min walk away. It would be useful if there was a full length mirror in the apartment as the only mirror was in the bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed the two weeks break we had at this apartment, we seemed to have picked the busiest weekend to arrive as the office we had to go to to collect the keys was packed and there was not a lot of room on the beach but this eased as the days went past, although we didn't spend much time on the beach as patio area is huge and very much a sun trap. I agree with the review about needing a sun shade, in the afternoon there is no shade at all and we had to go inside to cool down. Barbecue also a good idea, but as the lift only goes to floor 6 out of 7 you have to lug shopping and suitcases up 2 sets of steps. Free wi-fi in this day and age should be a given especially as the apartment is not cheap. Brilliant for people watching, pool reasonable, no inflatables except Wednesday when the Hotel it is joined to puts in their own. Would have been nice to have been told the pool is also available to Blau Mar hotel guests as well (get very busy) as the apartment block rooms are also rented out by them. You may be able to access wi-fi from the hotel if you can get code and good enough signal. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and beach across the road, easy for buses as they stop right outside and train just around the corner. I got the impression this may be a new rental as there is bits that need doing, i.e.:- more sunbeds (2 supplied but we were only 2) mismatching crockery and lack of. Overall I would recommend as well situated.
