Just 500 meters from Llucmajor, is our Finca Ca'n Titos with a total area of 7000 m2 of land. No noise, no neighbors, surrounded by groves and songs of the birds of the area. Nature, tranquility and disconnection are three adjectives that will accompany you during your stay in this cozy finca with Mallorcan rural charm.
Terraces, solarium and a cozy porch you will find once you enter the farm. The installation of a swimming pool is planned soon to make your stay more pleasant.

Bright living room with a nice fireplace complementing the main table. You will enjoy relaxing with a sofa and a large flat screen TV.
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and electric coffee maker. It also provides utensils and utensils that will be very practical.
Two newly renovated bathrooms with large shower trays that will allow you to cool off after a sunny day. Towels are provided so that you do not overload your travel bags.
On the first floor we find two very quiet and charmingly decorated rooms in which you can rest on 135 cm beds fully dressed after a long day of enjoying all the activities that our island offers. On the lower floor you will access a spacious room with two 90 cm beds, a sofa bed and a triple door wardrobe.
The solarium area offers you the possibility to relax after a hot day visiting the beaches and paradisiacal places of our island. You can use the barbecue or the wood oven to bring exquisite delicacies to the table.

Llucmajor is located just 25 kilometers from the capital. It is the largest municipality on the island and has beautiful coves, beaches and cliffs, from which spectacular panoramic views of the south coast of Mallorca can be seen.
It has golf courses, as well as various nautical facilities, a car circuit, etc.
Just 20 minutes away by car you can enjoy a swim in the paradisiacal Es Trenc beach or in the crystal clear waters of Cala Pi. Only 15 km away is Playa de Palma.
If your favorite sports are cycling or hiking, the municipality offers you more than 400 kilometers of properly marked routes.
If you like history and art, an attractive cultural-tourist itinerary awaits you in the town of Llucmajor: stately houses, churches, convents, etc.
It also has an extensive gastronomic offer with typical Mallorcan dishes such as the famous "pa amb oli", Mallorcan soups, tombet, Mallorcan fried or exquisite ensaimadas. You will also find bars and taverns with exquisite tapas.
