The villa enjoys a strategic position along the Cassino / Formia highway a few kilometers from the A1 Rome / Naples motorway and only 30 kilometers from the sea. The Amalfi coast, Sorrento and the Gulf of Gaeta are easily accessible; and several archaeological sites such as Pompeii and Herculaneum. A few kilometers away you can reach the Abbey of Montecassino and for those who love wellness and spas you can take a trip to the nearby thermal baths of Suio.
