Independent villa in Torre dell'Orso, centrally located but quiet, overlooking the green, 750 meters from the beautiful Salento sea. Perfect for a couple vacation, comfortable for family or friends holidays.
You can access the villa from a beautiful garden with BBQ, beach umbrella, deckchairs and a comfortable bathroom with shower. From the garden, through comfortable masonry stairs, you access the first floor where we find a living area consisting of a kitchen and living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds that can be joined on request. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. You will have the possibility to park the car both inside and outside the garden.
The house will be at your disposal. We will make sure you find the barbecue area equipped on your arrival and a tasty little homage.
The house is centrally located. You will be 3 minutes from the promenade where you can spend the evening. We suggest you to try the Dentoni pastry shop (Pasticceria, croissants, ice cream, Cake crepes, etc.). Many events and shows await you in the small amphitheater and in the open-air areas on the sea (Casaccia, Babylon). Do not miss the chance to taste the rustic and the typical puccia.
The villa is close to the beautiful Torre dell'Orso beach, which can be reached in about 8-9 minutes on foot. If you are a rocky lover a 3 minute walk away you will find access to a wonderful cove. The road is flat and you can do it by bike or with strollers. We are in the central area where you will find all the main services, including sports grounds and games for children. Torre dell'Orso is in an ideal position to visit Salento, you are 30 minutes from Lecce, 25 minutes from Otranto and 60 minutes from Gallipoli. You can reach us 50 minutes from Brindisi Airport and 30 minutes from Lecce Station.
