It is an authentic country villa, a combination of comfort and historical character, with a lovely large garden where you can rest in peace. Around the house you have magnificent views, lying by the pool or sitting on one of the covered terraces, you can enjoy the privacy of a busy beach day in privacy.
Villa Belle & Lou is tastefully and carefully furnished, both the living area, the four bedrooms and the three bathrooms. From each room in the house you have a beautiful view. From the entrance, you enter the open dining room, adjacent to one side the spacious kitchen and the other side to the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 5-burner gas cooker with wide oven, dishwasher and a spacious fridge. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with washer and dryer and separate toilet. On the other side of the entrance are two spacious bedrooms with in the middle a generous bathroom with double sink and spacious walk-in shower. The bedrooms both have a double boxspring bed and have their own entrance, which ensures a lot of privacy if you are with two families. Upstairs is a very spacious overflow with lounge / lounge corner and adjoining a rooftop terrace. The master bedroom has adjoining a spacious bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. The double patio doors open onto a sunny roof terrace / loggia with stunning views over the hills. The fourth bedroom also has a private bathroom with double sink and walk in shower. Both bedrooms have a double boxspring bed. There are also two children's slides available on request.
From the kitchen you come to two portico's. A terrace with a long wooden table that can easily be eaten under the blue rain with 10/12 persons. The other terrace is has lovely relaxing chairs where you can enjoy the view in the shade. With a few steps you reach the pool where there is plenty of room for the sun loungers and umbrellas and a seat. This villa offers the ambiance of the past, while the daily luxury we get used to is not lacking.
Cozy authentic towns like Barchi, Mondavio and Orciano with shops and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away (Barchi itself 10 minutes walking distance). Cities like Fano & Urbino, the beautiful city of Renaissance full of cultural and historical interests, can be reached within 25 minutes.
