The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also an exit to the patio and 2 showers/bidet/WC.

The upper floor features a living room with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height of 175 cm, as well as a TV. There is one double bedroom with a ceiling height of 175 cm and air conditioning.
