The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a privately-gated development located in the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort located on the sunny Kohala Coast of the Big Island. Enjoy golf on the world-renowned championship Frances H. I'i Brown North and South Golf Courses. Mauna Lani also has a private gated Beach Club at no extra charge with a restaurant. You can also relax at the free-form pool with baby area, waterfall and Jacuzzi right at the Fairways Town home at no charge. There is a full workout facility on property at no charge for your convenience.

The town home is located on the Fourth Fairway of the North Course and has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. Enjoy the sunsets from the two covered lanais. The living and dining room areas are spacious and there is seating for eight at the dining room table with three additional bar stools. In addition to the King bed in the Master Suite and the guest bedroom that has two XL Twin Beds that can be converted to a King Bed we have also supplied you with one twin airbed, 19 inches in height (linens and pillows included) to accommodate extra guests. There is room in the master bedroom for their use. The gas barbecue and wet bar is on the lanai.

It is 700 yards to the beautiful Fairmont Orchid Hotel which has public beach access to a beautiful white sand beach, water sports, and exquisite dining. There are several fine dining restaurants at the Fairmont Orchid and the Auberge Resort. The Fairmont Orchid has a dinner with a luau type of performance. There is a Tommy Bahama Restaurant with a good Happy Hour, Juice 101, and a new Coffee Shop in the Mauna Lani Shopping Center. There is a Snorkel Bob's where you can rent equipment for the week for $9 - $35 /week. Enjoy the self-guided walking tour, featuring archaeological sites with petroglyphs, historic park land, and the Kalahuipuaa Fishponds. Other nearby resort hotels include Auberge Mauna Lani Resort and Bungalows, Westin Hapuna Hotel, Mauna Kea Resort, and the Hilton Waikoloa where you can swim with the dolphins. It is a eight minute drive to Hapuna Beach which has the best bodysurfing and boogie-boarding on the island.

* Spacious 2289 square feet (including the garage and lanais) with a King bed in the master suite and a lovely sitting area with chaise, private lanai overlooking the golf course, large master bath with large whirlpool tub, separate roomy walk-in shower, double sinks with granite counter tops, separate toilet room, and plenty of closet space. Guest bedroom has 2 Twin XL Beds that can be converted to a King Bed with its own bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single sink with granite counter.

The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need to cook as this is our second home and have it stocked for entertaining.

Beautiful property in great location

Beautiful home with everything we needed. Very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and well appointed with lots of beach gear, kitchen needs, and linens. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches! Great location. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Fabulous Residence!!

This 2-story condo was amazing! Everything we needed was there and lots of greater toys and supplies to bring to the beach. Great views, very quiet, wonderful pool and spa. A must stay!

Beautiful property, quiet location and great amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Gail’s property. The townhome was very spacious and was very well equipped. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkelling equipment as we explored many of the local beaches. Gail was very communicative and provided lots of great information about the local area and restaurants.

Best rental home ever

My family stayed in Gail's lovely home for 12 days. It is one of the nicest rental homes that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Access to the beach club was terrific as well as all the other amenities at the resort. Gail's tips about discount golf fees were great! We hope to be back!

Awesome condo!

The condo was veery clean. The view is amazing and very private. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils.The owner is great to work with and responds in a timely manner. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Best Location on the Island

Fairways condo's at Mauna Lani are on the the best places you can stay on the Big Island. Gail's place is very nice. She allowed us to check in a little early upon our arrival which was great except the place wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived so we did end of doing quite a bit of cleaning on our own though it didn't impact our overall experience. Unit is spacious and well equiped with everything you need.

Great location, great communication from owner!

We have stayed at this townhome development many times in the past, so we were familiar with the location and complex. Gail’s unit is super clean and has all the amenities that you would need. Gail is prompt with replies and emails…we appreciated being her guests and would certainly rent this unit again in the future!

Everything you need to enjoy your time on the island

Mahalo, Gail! We had an amazing vacation. Your home was very clean when we arrived, and you were responsive when we needed to get in touch with you. You had everything we needed for beach and pool days (sand toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, cooler, towels, snorkel gear, etc.). Oh, and having access to the beach club was a huge bonus. :)

Wonderful Property

We’ve stayed in this area of the big island multiple times and this property was definitely our favorite. Great layout, nicely furnished and a well equipped kitchen with a wet bar and grill out back. The community itself is very quiet and has a nice pool area. Access to the beach club is a big plus with a nice protected beach and plenty of shoreline access to enjoy the ocean. Holoholokai Beach Park is right around the corner with even more shore access and a great place to catch the sunset. Gail is also a highly responsive owner and very easy to communicate with. Had a great stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful place!

We had such a wonderful time in this home. It was clean and spacious, and it had a lovely view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinners at home, and the garage had everything we wanted for our trips to the nearby beaches. It was a definite plus that the swimming fins and masks fit each member of our family perfectly! Gail was easy to get in touch with, and her recommendations on walks and restaurants were great. Thank you for sharing your home! We hope to return!

It’s a 10!!

Beautiful, relaxing, quiet. This property is a 10. My family and I enjoyed this beautiful house and property; the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, beautiful walk in shower, the sunsets and sunrise amazing. Loved having ice chests, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc available for our use. The property owner Gail, was easy to work with and so nice, we asked to extend or trip one more night (change in flight) and she was so accommodating and approved the night quickly and without hesitation. Thank you Gail for a wonderful stay!!!

Great Stay

We’ve stayed in several different condos in this complex over the years and this is probably the best overall. Unit was very clean and the location along the 4th fairway is private with nice views. The AC barely cools the second bedroom, which was a bummer in the afternoon, but opening all the windows makes it reasonably comfortable at night. To be fair, all the 2-bedroom units we have stayed at in this complex have the same issue…just not enough airflow to the back bedroom. The owner, Gail, was easy to deal with and had great communication. Overall a great week at Mauna Lani and we’d gladly stay here again.

Best accomodations on the Big Island!

The best VRBO experience we have ever encountered. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO accommodations and this was simply the best. My husband, 3 kids (12, 15 & 17) and I were greeted with a clean, well organized and well appointed condominium. This property should be a model for the way rental properties are offered. I felt like I was staying in a top tier hotel. Missing from the property were the typical personal items that many of the VRBO landlords leave behind that clutter their rental units. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Fairways Condo was Fantastic

We had a great week at this condo in the Fairways at Mauna Lani. This condo was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom was spacious with an en suite and great bed. The second bedroom was enough room for our two teen boys to share. The living space was spacious. We really appreciated the small touches such as some condiments being available, great cooking equipment, great sheets, etc. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas and some snorkelling gear. The pool was a good size. The location cannot be beat with Hapuna beach within a seven minute drive and the beach club just minutes away for great snorkelling. We love the big island and this condo did not disappoint. Gail was responsive and great to deal with! We would definitely rent this condo again~!

I have had a love of the Hawaiian Islands since the 1970's when I moved to Lahaina, Maui for a 9 month stay. Dave and I chose the Big Island because it is more low key and less crowded than Maui. We chose Mauna Lani because of the incredible amenities available to us and our guests. We love the two spectacular golf courses, the tennis center, homeowners beach with fabulous snorkeling, and the beautiful walks. We also found so many white sand beaches to choose from in close proximity to our town home. We have found our Heaven!!

We chose the Fairways at Mauna Lani because of the proximity to the beautiful Fairmont Orchid, the spacious floor plan, the golf course view, the quiet surroundings, and the spectacular grounds. I have seen all the other town homes complexes and I would not move anywhere because the Fairways is the best.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We enjoy the discounted golf, Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding in the beautiful blue waters, swimming laps in our pool, and using the great gym on our property. This is our second home so we have furnished it beautifully and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We have added a screen door on the front door so that it can be left open and the back slider can be open to get the wonderful cross breeze. Air conditioning isn't even necessary most of the time with the screen doors. It is so much more comfortable than the air conditioning. I love our view of the golf course and the lava in between. It is so unique and beautiful.
